In the context of a strong sports country,Shaanxi Province is about to usher in the 14th National Games.As an important track and field event,the completeness of its entries directly affects the overall performance of the host.However,the,"higher"representative event in the Olympic concept,the high jump,has been missing from the Shaanxi Provincial Team for many years.At present,all outstanding high jump athletes in Shaanxi Province are concentrated in major universities,representing the highest level of high jump in Shaanxi Province.Therefore,in combination with the domestic first-class professional high jumpers,the technical level of outstanding high jumpers in Shaanxi universities is explored to explore the advantages and clear deficiencies,and to help boost the growth of high jumpers in Shaanxi Province.This article takes the outstanding male high jumpers in Shaanxi Province as the research object.The literature data method,expert interview method,three-dimensional video shooting method and other research methods are used;kinematics analysis and comparison of the last step of run-ups and take-off techniques of outstanding high jump athletes in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province and national excellent professional jumpers The research used SONY high-speed cameras to capture the entire process of the competition,and collected data from the outstanding professional national high jumpers and outstanding athletes from universities in Shaanxi Province;the video analysis system and Excel software of Beijing Sport University were used to analyze and process the data.Analysis conclusion:(1)Outstanding male high jumpers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province are affected and restricted by regional and college objective conditions.The athletes have poor physical conditions.The acquired shape of their body shape also has a large gap with domestic first-line professional athletes.Not reaching the optimal range of body shape for high jump athletes.(2)The last step of run-ups for college high jump athletes in Shaanxi Province mostly adopts the swinging leg landing method from the heel to the forefoot,which results in a large change in knee angle,a slower run-up in the last step,and a relatively large step in the last step.Before the athlete enters the take-off,the body's center of gravity is stable and the run-up consistency is high.But a few people have problems with unreasonable shot angles.(3)Outstanding male high jump athletes in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have reasonable torso introversion.In the take-off buffer phase,the knee joint has a small amount of cushion and the vertical acceleration distance is insufficient;in the take-off phase,the swing leg swing angular velocity is large,but the swing direction is not ideal and the swing amplitude is small.On the whole,excellent male high jumpers in Shaanxi Province have a low conversion rate for speed.Suggest:(1)Construct a "provincial team school" echelon training model of integrated development of "big,middle and primary schools" led by the sports system;(2)Strengthen special technology based on special speed and special strength training;(3)Deeply understand the value of swing movements in the take-off process,and attach importance to the training of swing legs;(4)Use media equipment to improve the accuracy of coaches' technical diagnosis.
