By the analysis and research, the results are as follows:1. Thin high jump athletes body shape in our country, this paper selected 7 players an average of 375 grams of Mr Index, and excellent high jumper Mr Index interval value gap is larger.2. Through the video and watch the game repeatedly found that the stand or fall of high performance, and run-up rhythm has much to do, but in actual, combining with the characteristics of its own technology and every player has a set of suitable run-up rhythm. Reasonable run-up rhythm is the basis of maximizing the high jump athletes training level.3.
