Application Research Of Data Mining In School Sports Annual Report

In primary and secondary schools,the physical education department collects the basic information of physical education and the data of physical fitness test of students,they mainly use Excel sheets by E-mail,meanwhile,to make a simple statistical analysis about data is required.It does not only waste a lot of manpower and much time,but also has the risk of data loss and leakage.The format and accuracy of the data are not guaranteed,and the collected and accumulated data cannot be effectively used.Besides,In the process of summarizing data,the competent department of sports education obtains the potential information of the surface by simple statistics or sorting.How to manage,analyze and mine these data effectively is greatly important.Moreover,to find the rule and internal connection,and turn the existing large amount of sports data into a reference standard are necessary that can be used for analysis,judgment and prediction,and then present it by visualization,this problem needs to be improved urgently.Through participation in the comprehensive data management platform project of the Department of Physical Education and Health Arts of Shaanxi Province,we know about the whole business process of collecting and summarizing sports information in primary and secondary schools by the competent departments of sports education.In view of the current problem of low collection efficiency and underutilization of data,this thesis completes the development of data management system and the application of Association Rule algorithm and K-means algorithm in sports annual report on data mining and web technology.Through the needs analysis of the system,the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements are determined,and on this basis,the overall architecture and functional design of the system is completed,and finally the system completed in this thesis is tested and analyzed.Based on the collected data of the annual sports report of primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province,the details of the steps and application process of the Apriori algorithm and K-means algorithm,mining the correlation and potential information between the data of sports annual report and visually displaying the data.Completed the application of data mining in the work of sports annual report.Integrating web technology and data mining to achieve the collection,audit,summary,mining and visual display of sports annual report data,can effectively assist the sports education department to invest sports funds in schools,formulate physical education training programs in line with the characteristics of students and sports development plans connected with the actual school,promote scientific analysis,Judgment and decision-making.It is of great importance to optimize the allocation of sports resources reasonably and effectively,to develop the structure of sports area,to reduce the cost of manpower,financial resources and time,to save funds and investment,to ensure the fair and safe development of sports data,to promote the formation of a mature information system for sports work,and to guide the sports work in primary and secondary schools scientifically.
