In order to improve the efficiency of the graduates' job market and maximize the value of the tens of thousands of recruitment information on the recruitment network platform.and solve the problem of structural unemployment among college students.The thesis uses big data processing and analytical methods such as association analysis,clustering models,and text mining technologies to model and analyze online recruitment information data,which understand and master the recruitment requirements of companies.provide job seekers with important factors related to recruitment and obtain the value information of relevant positions.It also provides employment guidance and talents for job seekers,and a reference for talent training institutions to formulate a training plan.The thesis takes the recruitment data of domestic maj or online recruitment websites as sample data,takes the data-related job information as the research object,and completes the data pre-processing work such as de-duplication,attribute matching,and numerical conversion of the original data.Then do the exploratory analysis and visualization of the geographical location,academic qualifications,work experience,salary,industry,and business types of the recruiting companies.The relationship between the average salary of the position and location,education,work experience,and business type arc emphatically analyzed,and try to present the exploration results through the ggplot visual style for the first time.Using association rule and cluster analysis to obtain the association rules related to recruitment requirements of reeruiting companies which are divided into 3 categories according to the different geographic locations and types of business.At the same time.text analysis is used to analyze the job description and benefits of companies which obtains their portraits.From the analysis results,it can be seen that the job in the data-related category is mainly concentrated in the mobile Internet industry,with the largest demand f'or technology-based and product-based business,and the four first-tier cities in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen cover more than 80%of the country's total.The positions usually require a bachelor degree and 2 to 3 years of work experience,and experience is better than academic qualifications.The average salary is concentrated between 15000 and 25000 yuan.Finally,according to the mining results,the job seekers of the data-related jobs are asked to focus on the suggestions related to the keywords including "First-tier Cities,Bachelor degree,Work experience,High payroll,Technical,back-end development,Database and Data mining."Simultaneously,put forward the suggestions for universities to increase core professional courses,focus on application-oriented personnel training,and introduce related equipment.The entire set of mining process of the thesis can also be applied to other positions to analyze the recruitment requirements and related factors in different positions.
