The research on triple representation ability has always been a frontier topic in the field of science education,and it is also an important component of chemistry subject ability.In order to conform to the research trend of international science education,promote the professional development of teachers,and strengthen the core literacy education,this paper launches scientific and systematic empirical research around the"triple representation ability of pre-service chemistry teachers".The main research work and results are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research contents,research methods and research ideas,etc.It sorts out and summarizes the existing researches at home and abroad from five aspects:definition of triple representation concept,measurement and evaluation research,strategy research,existing problems research and teachers' triple representation ability research.The second chapter is to construct the evaluation framework of pre-service chemistry teachers' triple representation ability.Based on the text analysis of the chapter contents of "Common Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" and "People's Education Edition" published in 2019,the three content dimensions of pre-service chemistry teacher evaluation are determined.Based on the international division of the triple representation level and the level division of the core accomplishment of "macro identification and micro analysis"in the new curriculum standard,the level division of the triple representation ability of pre-service chemistry teachers in this study is determined.The third chapter is the development and test of the pre-service chemistry teachers'triple representation ability evaluation tool.According to the capability evaluation framework constructed in chapter 2,tools are developed based on "Wilson four cornerstones model".The tool was adjusted through Rasch model test results and analysis of the first round of initial test data.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the performance characteristics of pre-service chemistry teachers' triple representation ability.This part is conducted from five aspects:reliability and validity test,evaluation of the overall situation,gender characteristics of triple representation ability,grade characteristics of triple representation ability and interview records.The reliability and validity test results show that the evaluation tool has good reliability and validity.Through the analysis of the overall characteristics of the triple representation ability of pre-service chemistry teachers,it is found that most of the subjects are at the third level in the content dimensions of atomic structure and element properties.In the content dimension of chemical bond and intermolecular force,most subjects are at the second level.Most of the subjects were at the second level in the content dimensions of aggregation state and material properties.Through the analysis of gender characteristics of pre-service chemistry teachers' triple representation ability,it is found that most of the male and female groups are at the level of 2-3.There is no significant difference in the triple representation ability of pre-service chemistry teachers of different genders.According to the grade characteristics analysis of the triple representation ability of pre-service chemistry teachers,it is found that the triple representation ability of pre-service chemistry teachers in junior and senior grades is on average at level 2.Pre-service chemistry teachers in grade one and grade two have triple representation ability on average at level three.The triple representation ability of the sample book has significant difference among different grades.The correlation analysis between grade and ability shows that grade and ability of pre-service chemistry teachers are positively correlated.The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect.This part summarizes the research results and puts forward the prospect based on the limitations and deficiencies of this research.The triple representation ability is of great significance to the development of the core literacy of chemistry discipline and the improvement of the ability of chemistry discipline.This research has basically reached the expected research goal by carrying out empirical research around the triple representation ability level of pre-service chemistry teachers.This study provides a basis for the evaluation of chemistry subject ability,and also provides a reference and direction for the training of teachers in vocational normal colleges.
