Education determines the present and the future of mankind.Throughout the research results of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools in our country,the following deficiencies have been found:the combination of theory and practice of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools lacks the combing of scientific literature and the law of its own development;and more uses the traditional scientific research methods,often with subjectivity.By using the methods of bibliometrics and scientific knowledge graph,this paper makes a visual analysis on the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,research focuses,hot spots and frontier of primary and secondary physical education,so as to gain an insight into the knowledge base of primary and secondary physical education research and grasp its development law and prediction with scientific,objective,feasibility.At the same time,it makes a comparative analysis of PE teaching in primary and middle schools,with a view to providing reference for constructing PE teaching system in primary and secondary schools with the aim of cultivating students interest,cultivating exercise habit,mastering sports skills and enhancing students' physique.This study draws the following conclusions:The field of PE teaching studies is showing a diversified and thriving state.In the future,the number of texts published in the field of PE teaching in China will continue to increase steadily.The annual number of PE teaching research,the number of authors and institutions in primary and secondary schools and the overall trend of increasing in dimensions is expected to increase in 2017.Primary and secondary school PE teaching research mainly distributes in a few areas in space dimension,and the literature published in these areas accounts for most of the total amount.Although there are cooperation networks among the various agencies in our country,there are few connections between them and there is almost no cooperation between them.The new curriculum reforms in the context of primary school are sports teaching,the development of primary school football,and the status quo and countermeasures;introduction of information technology into junior high school physical education;the training of high school physical education students' lifelong physical education awareness,using the layered teaching method in high school physical education teaching.
