| With the rapid development of big data industry,the demand for big data talents is growing.In the face of the complex and changing needs of enterprises,college education is becoming more and more difficult to support,and various online education platforms have emerged.This paper aims to clarify the position of online education platform in the big data talent training system,evaluate the role it has played,and put forward suggestions for improving its products according to the needs of users.First of all,through the comprehensive analysis of the literature,this paper divides the big data talent training system into two stages: college training stage and employment preparation stage,and points out that online education platform should find its orientation according to the learning needs of students in the stage of employment preparation.Then,based on the text mining of the recruitment information related to big data,this paper constructs a talent demand system composed of professional knowledge,professional background and comprehensive quality,and summarizes three characteristics of enterprise demand: the need for talents have interdisciplinary ability,practical and application ability and strong comprehensive quality.By analyzing the differences between those needs and the training objectives of colleges in the college training stage,this paper figure out the learning needs of students in the employment preparation stage,so as to position two types of online education platforms related to big data training: MOOC platform should locate in using its various curriculum from colleges to help student learning more specific business knowledge.The vocational skills training platform should be based on the practical courses which are closely related to the social needs,so as to improve the students’ practical and application ability.Secondly,using the course data of MOOC platform and vocational skills training platform,this paper analyzes their development status,calculates the coverage of professional knowledge needs and professional background needs respectively,and evaluate the satisfaction of the platform to users’ needs.It is found that MOOC platform has a wide coverage of discipline,but it only has a complete coverage of theoretical knowledge,lack of coverage of skills.Vocational skills training platform basically covers the professional knowledge needs of talents,which can meet the needs of students to improve their practical and application abilities,but there is still a lack of specific types of knowledge.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for MOOC platform and vocational skills training platform to develop potential market,design and improve their products based on market demand,and puts forward suggestions for colleges to train big data talents in a better way. |
