Adhering to the guiding position of Marxism,the party and the state have long attached great importance to the construction of socialist culture.From the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,the cultivation of citizens with socialist morality,the construction of socialist core value system to core socialist values is the result of more than 40 years of development and advocacy.Cultivating core socialist values among young college students is a new situation of fierce competition between the values represented by capitalism and socialism of the party and the state in the face of the world.Facing the undercurrent of domestic pluralistic thoughts,the positive response of “Color Revolution” is intended to be implemented.Only let the young people consciously use Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to arm their minds,and turn core socialist values become part of people's thinking and behavior.,passing on the traditions of revolution among young people,and the relationship between ideal and reality be correctly viewed,so as to ensure that the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics will be carried forward.After years of development,the second classroom in colleges and universities has developed from extracurricular entertainment activities to an important part of education system in colleges and universities which contains the function of ideological and political education.Only by giving play to the important advantage of practical education of the second classroom,innovating the way of ideological and political work,and providing all students of different majors and grades with the whole process of comprehensive value edification and practice,can we lay a solid foundation for the growth of Chinese youth in the new era and enhance the well-rounded development of people.By qualitative combined with quantitative methods including questionnaire survey,literature research,observation,interview and case analysis,this paper clarifies the effect and construction dimension of the second classroom in the cultivation of core socialist values with young college students as subjects,the second classroom as educational carrier,and cultivating college students to consciously practice the core socialist values and follow the values at the citizen level as main research content comprehensively using Marxist's theory ofhuman's all-round development,Marxist ideological theory,political socialization theory,implicit learning theory and agenda setting theory.The data are collected in the form of questionnaire survey,and the current situation and existing problems of cultivating core socialist values among college students in the second classroom are objectively analyzed.On this basis,the construction of the discourse propaganda system of media integration is put forward,the second classroom activity system with interaction and development is perfected,the second classroom whole-domain education platform covering campus,community and network space is built,and four aspects of the guarantee mechanism for the second classroom education with credit system as the core are improved,so as to form an effective overall implementation path for the second classroom to nurture socialist core values among college students.Through a series of research,this paper aims to provide the experience and reference which can be popularized and copied for the nurture and practice core socialist values,among college students in the new era.In the era of Internet revolution,information is overloaded and knowledge and technology are iterative rapidly.In the future,the judgment,guidance and cultivation of college students' values need continuous exploration and optimization.
