By means of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the female teachers of Guangzhou senior high school as the research object,and adopts the form of self-compiled questionnaire to understand and master the present situation of physical exercise of female teachers in Guangzhou senior high school.The research is divided into three main parts: First,the investigation and analysis of the basic information of female teachers in senior high school;Second,the research and analysis of the current high school female teachers physical exercise behavior of the main characteristics,including motivation characteristics,content characteristics,time characteristics,spatial characteristics and formal characteristics;Third,it discusses and analyzes the influencing factors of female teachers' participation in physical exercise behavior in senior high school in Guangzhou,and analyzes the influencing factors according to the micro-system,meso-system and macro-system in the Bronfenbrenne's theoretical model of exercise behavior ecology.The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis of the investigation:(1)The age of female teachers participating in physical exercise in senior high school in Guangzhou is young,with the largest proportion under 40 years of age;the monthly income is in the middle and upper class;and the proportion of chronic diseases in health status survey is large;(2)The characteristics of motivation show that the number of female teachers who choose to strengthen their physique and improve their physical health is the largest among the purposes of physical exercise;(3)The content feature shows that the item selection tends to be simple and easy to carry out;the physical activity organization form in the form feature is more manifested as individual exercise,family,friends and colleagues together,the proportion is larger;(4)The exercise time in the time characteristic is the most under 30 years old 1-2 times a week,the proportion of each exercise less than 30 minutes is the highest,the exercise intensity average proportion is the biggest,this indicates that the Guangzhou high school female teacher takes part in the physical exercise overall age group exercise frequency is low,the activity time is shorter,the intensity is small,most teachers have not used more time to form the good physical exercise habit;(5)In the analysis of sociological ecological model factors affecting the physical participation behavior of female teachers in senior high school in Guangzhou,the factors influencing the physical exercise behavior of female teachers in senior high school in Guangzhou are analyzed from individual level,family level,school level,community level and policy level respectively.This five-in-one effective coordination is the most ideal model for promoting the exercise behavior of female teachers in Guangzhou senior high school.The following recommendations are based on the survey analysis:(1)Create a campus health management network platform to break through time and space constraints;(2)Make use of the advantages within the school,increase the awareness of physical exercise in schools,train the strength of physical education teachers,and promote the construction of physical infrastructure and sports activities on campus;(3)Strengthen the publicity of policies,create a good atmosphere of sports culture,and raise the attention of female teachers to ecological physical exercise.
