employees,as the representative of the social group "go-getters" understanding of physical exercise and behavior have a more in-depth understanding,therefore this paper,taking shenzhen high-tech enterprise employee's physical exercise behavior as the research object,selecting shenzhen,fortune 500),electronic information technology company as the object of investigation.Based on the understanding and the understanding of physical exercise behavior,this article in addition to the basic physical exercise condition of high technology and new technology enterprise employees has made the investigation and study,also deep discusses the employees in the process of exercise behavior change phase,physical exercise,physical exercise planning value cognition,physical training to implement and monitor a few dimensions such as physical exercise behavior characteristics.Taking gender as the classification standard,this paper analyzes the differences in the exercise behavior characteristics of employees of different genders and the reasons that restrict the exercise behavior of employees of high-tech enterprises,and finally proposes intervention countermeasures and Suggestions according to the behavior characteristics and influencing factors of different groups.Based on the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The employees of high-tech enterprises in shenzhen are younger,with higher educational level,high work intensity,sedentary work,sub-health and high level of psychological anxiety.Most of the physical symptoms are cervical and lumbar pain,decreased vision and poor sleep quality.Psychological anxiety is mainly caused by high work pressure,confusion about their career planning and difficulty in balancing family and work time.2.High and new technology enterprise employees present the high level of physical exercise behavior.In terms of the value perception of physical exercise,male and female employees generally believe that "physical exercise is beneficial to physical and mental health".The difference between male employees and female employees is that male employees are more inclined to "physical exercise can eliminate work fatigue",while female employees believe that "physical exercise can better regulate psychological mood".In terms of physical exercise planning,employees generally agree that "it is necessary to make a long-term physical exercise plan",but they are still at a low level in "being able to make a conscious physical exercise plan".In terms of the goal setting,male and female employees generally believe that the goal of exercise is to "have a basic understanding of physical exercise knowledge and grasp the methods to prevent physical health";In terms of making plans,employees can use their leisure time to choose the right project for physical exercise in a planned way,but female employees are still at a low level in terms of "scientific use of physical exercise methods for physical exercise".In terms of the implementation of physical exercise,there is no significant difference in the distribution of exercise time between men and women.In terms of exercise time,employees can do physical exercise once or twice a week.The exercise time of male employees is distributed within 30-60 minutes,and that of female employees within 30 minutes.There are differences between physical exercise behavior and employees' age,gender,educational level,job nature and physical condition.The exercise,employees generally tend to "exercise time relatively elastic terms of physical exercise monitoring,employees' levels of "assessment of cardiorespiratory function before exercise" and "assessment of exercise fatigue degree after exercise" were low,and "heart rate monitoring with wearable devices during exercise to control exercise intensity" were moderate,with male employees scoring higher than female employees.3.Employees at different exercise stages are affected by gender,age,work nature and physical condition,and the number of men in the intention stage,preparation stage and action stage is higher than that of women;Young employees are higher in intention stage than older employees,but less in preparation stage and regular action stage.The number of sedentary employees in the intention stage was higher than that of other groups,but the number of sedentary employees in the preparation stage and the action stage were lower than that of the lightly active employees.The number of employees with symptoms was higher in the pre-intention stage,the number of employees with sub-health condition was higher in the preparation stage,and the proportion of very healthy employees was the highest in the action stage.The personal factors that hinder the physical exercise behavior of employees are: on the one hand,the high work intensity and pressure lead to the lack of energy and more disposable time for physical exercise;on the other hand,the lack of professional physical exercise guidance leads to many employees not knowing how to carry out healthy physical exercise and giving up physical exercise.The main environmental factors hindering the physical exercise behavior of employees in high-tech enterprises are the company's sports facilities,the layout of sports venues,the importance of the leaders of the company,and the status of sports organization mechanism.According to the results of the investigation and analysis,high and new technology enterprises should actively guide young workers,women,nature of work is given
