With the rapid development of information technology,a new generation of students belong to the natives of the digital world,in learning and life,all filled with the information technology.In the digital age,it is important to master the skills of using information technology,but a series of problems in the information society also arouse people's attention,the Ministry of Education began to convert the cultivation of information technology concepts,from the cultivation of the technical transformation for literacy training.In 2017,the Ministry of Education officially published the Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition),which clearly put forward the core qualities of information technology subjects,namely,information awareness,computational thinking,digital learning and innovation,and information technology social responsibility,to provide goals and directions for the education of information technology subjects.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the cultivation of information social responsibility literacy in junior high schools,explore the cultivation strategies of information social responsibility literacy,improve students' information social responsibility literacy,and promote their all-round development in the digital environment.Through reviewing domestic and foreign literature,this study found that the relevant cultivation in foreign countries is relatively mature,while in China,the cultivation of information social responsibility literacy is still in its infancy,lacking relevant cultivation strategies and methods.Some scholars proposed relevant cultivation strategies for information ethics and information security,but the number of then is small.To combined with the actual situation,put forward a practical training strategies,this study through interview and questionnaire survey,investigating the social responsibility information literacy of students,analyzes the current situation,through classroom observation,questionnaire and interview data statistical analysis found that: students' information security awareness is not enough,not enough knowledge of information laws and regulations related,information moral quality is not high.Combined with literature research and current situation analysis,this study proposes training strategies,and presents them in the way of teaching design by combining with the contents of teaching materials.Two classes with no significant differences are selected as experimental classes and control classes to conduct quasi-experimental research.After a series of teaching,through the questionnaire,observation method,interview method,ect.,to test the experimental results,the following conclusion: the experimental classes of information security awareness degree of the mastery of the knowledge,information,laws,regulations and information moral accomplishment is higher than that in comparative classes,through data analysis and the experimental classes and significant differences that in comparative classes of social responsibility information literacy,this research puts forward strategies to improve students' literacy for information of social responsibility has certain help,but because my ability is limited,this research remains to be deepened.
