The economy made great strides forward,economic activity is becoming more diverse.In the process of self-value realization and development,the risk factor coefficient of administrative institution is gradually increased.In this case,the importance of internal control about administrative units is becoming more and more prominent.To comprehensively deepen reform and maximize government services for people in the situation,the administrative institutions need to strengthen the internal control to standardize administrative and business behavior.All levels and departments through a variety of channels and methods innovative working methods,promoting institutional reform and further devolution of power,providing better policies for the public benefits,the government image become clearer.In the second half of 2017,the ministry of finance issued new requirements and new standards related to the government accounting system,which detailed and clarified some new requirements and new methods of the government accounting system and stipulated that they would be implemented from the beginning of 2019.The new government accounting system makes the internal control of administrative units facing new development and new innovation opportunities,making the implementation of internal control more specific,reasonable,targeted and creative.Starting from the statistics bureau of district W of T city as the subject to be studied,this paper discusses the specific situation about its internal control through detailed research.To the five elements of internal control as the research dimension,through to the W bureau internal environment,risk assessment,control activities,that is,business activities and related economic activities,information and communication information system construction and supervision(the degree of supervision)five angle research,concluded the actual situation about W statistics bureau.Discussing the existing defects and optimization methods,to improve the present situation of W statistic bureau.By this way,making the efficient daily business and economic activities,preventing the occurrence of bad social phenomenon,improving the internal control construction level and effect of the government.The proposed optimization measures can also provide reference for other administrative institutions that are exploring internal control.
