Xi general secretary in September 2018 in the national education conference,educators need to form the teaching idea of "health first",the development of physical education,necessary irreplaceable,in the process of sports teaching improve students fun exercise,enhance physical fitness,perfect personality,achieve the goal of exercise students will quality.In recent years,development training,also known as quality development,is a popular new outdoor project at home and abroad,its purpose is not only to strengthen the body,enhance physical fitness,but also to cultivate students' ability to work in a team,maintain mental health,exercise the will,shape a perfect personality.Many colleges and universities have carried out elective courses of quality development training,which is of great significance to promote students' physical health and enhance their comprehensive ability,and is well received by teachers and students.The outward bound training is gradually adopted by primary and secondary schools and becomes an important means to train students.Some primary and secondary schools even carry out courses and special activities related to the outward bound training,which are well received by students and teachers.Because of the unique experiential learning mode of "doing middle school",the quality development training has a great impact on students' mental health and character development,and is a powerful supplement to the traditional school physical education curriculum,which can comprehensively improve students' comprehensive quality.In addition,launched in 2002 by Ministry of Education "education curriculum reform summary" pointed out that the comprehensive practice activity course should be as a choice of a class,through to the elementary school,high school emphasis on students should through the practice,so as to achieve autonomous study,to practice,found the problem after problem in practice,after summing up experience and share experience.So that in the future to individual,collective,family and even social responsibility and responsibility and mission passion.In the course standards of physical education and health issued by the ministry of education in 2011,it is pointed out that teachers need to organically combine physical education courses with students' social learning and life,improve the teaching quality,and enable students to actively increase their participation in the course of physical education.And in the study of pleasure body and mind,live a real emotional experience,so in the study of life,gradually develop a good habit of lifelong sports.The organic integration of the quality development training with the traditional physical education curriculum can also better respond to the teaching objectives of "health first","student-centered","threedimensional goal","autonomous,exploratory and cooperative learning","multilearning evaluation" and so on.It plays an important role in the critical stage of physical and mental development of children.Quality development course can help primary school students to stimulate their own potential,develop creative thinking,learn teamwork,in order to better adapt to the new environment.This paper studies some primary schools in shijiazhuang city,hebei province,and discusses the feasibility of carrying out quality development training in primary schools.The author USES the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to write this paper.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part describes the basis of the topic and the current research status of the topic.In the second part,by referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper sorts out the relevant theoretical basis for the quality development training to enter the school physical education curriculum,which provides theoretical support for this research.The third part,through the experimental comparison results,analyzes the feasibility of expanding the quality into the primary school physical education teaching.This includes the current development of quality development in shijiazhuang city,the data comparison between the experimental group and the control group,and the significance of quality development training for basic education.The fourth part,the conclusion of the research,and the Suggestions for the resistance factors in the introduction of the quality development training into the physical education curriculum in primary schools.Through the research,it is not difficult to find that the introduction of qualityoriented education and extension exercise into the physical education curriculum of primary school students is quite practical and feasible,which is relatively easy to realize.Both the teachers' team and the school's hardware and software facilities are sufficient to carry out the curriculum activities related to quality development in the primary school.In addition,the introduction of diathesis development training into primary school physical education classes can effectively improve students' satisfaction with traditional physical education courses.More importantly,the improvement of students' enthusiasm and participation in class,as well as the improvement of their innovation ability and communication ability,lay a solid foundation for "enjoying fun,strengthening their physique,improving their personality and exercising their will".
