Mind map is a visualization method of thinking.The mind map is used in the teaching process to integrate the logic of thinking,the integration of knowledge and the comprehensive development of students in the form of visual visualization.It is conducive to promoting the transformation of students' learning styles,guiding students' creative thinking,improving students' comprehensive ability,and reflecting the basics of developing students' core literacy clearly stated in the Standards for General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum(2017 Edition)idea.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the application of mind maps in senior high school chemistry teaching.Applying mind maps in pre-class previews,classroom teaching,and after-class review will help students construct a structured knowledge system and improve the efficiency of teaching and learning.This research first uses the literature analysis method to analyze the research background and significance of the subject,combs the current research status at home and abroad,studies the theoretical foundations such as constructivism theory,Piaget's schema learning,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the subject.Then,through the questionnaire method,learn about the learning methods and the use of mind maps in the first-year students of a middle school in Shandong Province.According to the actual problems in teaching,combined with relevant educational theories,design the mind maps' teaching strategy for use in high school chemistry.In the course of teaching practice,two senior first-class classes are selected as research objects,and the teaching of applied mind maps is implemented in the experimental class,and the teaching in the class is focused on the traditional teaching mode.Finally,through the interview method and questionnaire survey,we learned that the application of mind maps in chemistry teaching has improved students' interest in chemistry and a systematic understanding of knowledge.At the same time,the improvement of assessment results has shown that the use of mind maps can help promotes the individual development of students,helps to improve students' comprehensive thinking and ability,and is conducive to the development of students' core literacy.
