| With the pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the steady progress of building a strong sports country,Wushu Industry has shown a rapid development trend.In order to further accelerate the balance,systematization and comprehensiveness of urban and rural Wushu Industry,this paper studies the current situation of the development of children's Wushu training institutions in Qionglai,aiming to provide some solutions to the problems in the development of Wushu Industry,such as the disunity of standards,the insufficiency of product supply,the low quality of service,the weak competitiveness of market subjects and the low degree of open cooperation Help.The development of Wushu Industry in China is still in its infancy.With the arrival of the new era,the martial arts industry has ushered in a major development opportunity.Therefore,building a number of excellent martial arts schools and martial arts training institutions is the key to deepening the supply side reform of the martial arts market.Children's period is the key period of learning.It is of great significance for children's own development and the inheritance of Chinese national culture to establish their interest in Chinese martial arts in children's period.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the development of Qionglai children's martial arts training institutions,which not only promotes the traditional culture of the nation and inherits martial arts skills,but also conforms to people's practical functions such as external health,internal long spirit and self-defense Chong.Through the research,it can be concluded that:(1)Qionglai is a county-level city in the west of Chengdu,and the development of its children's martial arts training institutions is still in its infancy;(2)martial arts training institutions play a role in inheriting Chinese martial arts,promoting national culture and strengthening children's physique;(3)the martial arts training venues and martial arts equipment provided by the training institutions can basically meet the needs of The former needs of martial arts teaching;however,there are some problems in martial arts training institutions,such as the lack of standard competition venues,poorinfrastructure and related supporting facilities;(4)there are some problems in the recruitment of training institutions,such as outdated publicity methods,poor results and low conversion rate;(5)the division of work of coaches is chaotic,the management is not standardized,and the allocation of funds is unreasonable;(6)there are few opportunities for students to participate in the competition,etc The level evaluation system and Wushu rank examination have not been implemented.Suggestions:(1)martial arts training institutions should pay attention to improving teaching quality,optimizing service management,upgrading hardware facilities and improving the core competitiveness of institutions;(2)in terms of publicity and enrollment,successful training institutions should learn from the experience of publicity and enrollment,expand online enrollment publicity,and make good use of the Internet platform;(3)continue to promote the "cooperation" with kindergartens and primary and secondary schools in urban areas The development measures of "win-win" are to popularize martial arts;(4)improve the labor contract system of coaches and staff,optimize the management system,prevent the loss of excellent talents,and train the coaches team with rich teaching experience;(5)the arrangement of teaching courses should be mainly to stimulate students' interest in learning,and the teaching courses of the three classes of junior,middle and senior should be connected;(6)the training institutions should show the trainees more information about their work experience My opportunity and platform,the promotion test with competition and performance instead. |
