| Imagery training is one of the important methods of psychological training and has been the focus of research in the field of psychological training since its birth.The purpose of this article is through the representation training method on college students’ learning effects of tennis volley technology research,using biofeedback technology to monitor the change of physiological indexes in tennis teaching,students and the analysis of the effect of representation training method of the physiological indexes,verify the representation training method in tennis volley in the field of teaching,and the representation training method in tennis teaching training in the field of exploration and parsing.In this study,30 tennis students from chengdu sports university were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group(15)and control group(15).The experimental group received two months of imagery training and routine training,while the control group received two months of routine training.The exercise imagery questionnaire and Spirit biofeedback instrument in the psychological scale evaluation manual were used for monitoring.Various data indicators of the experimental group and the control group were collected,including: motor imagery ability,skin conductance SCL,blood flow BVP,skin temperature TEMP,brain beam wave,brain stimulation wave,brain wave and HRV,and the collected data indicators were tested before and after.In the teaching,the experimental group added the appearance training,and before and after the teaching of the experimental group to carry on the skill test.Results:(1)paired sample T test showed that after training,there was a statistically significant difference between the interception scores of the experimental group and the control group,and the interception scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.(2)paired sample T test showed that after training,the difference in the motor representation ability between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).After training,the representation ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)paired sample T test showed that there were statistically significant differences in SCL and BVP between the experimental groupand the control group after training,with P values <0.05.After the training,the physiological indexes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from each other in terms of lup wave,sun wave and theta wave,and the P values were all <0.05.Research Summary:1.Appearance training can effectively improve students’ mastery of tennis volley technique.2.Image training can promote the improvement of students’ sports image ability,so as to improve the efficiency of students in learning tennis interception technology.3.Appearance training can improve students’ physiological and electroencephalographic state,relieve students’ tension,anxiety and fatigue,improve their attention,and indirectly promote the learning effect of tennis volley technique. |
