In order to make athletes achieve better results on the field,teachers and coaches have spent a lot of thought on the training of interception technology,and various training methods came into being.On this basis,this study proposes the elastic band resistance training method,which aims to achieve the innovation of tennis training method and theory through the experimental study of elastic band resistance training on tennis volley,explore new tennis volley training ideas,compare it with conventional classroom teaching training,discuss the relevant influence of elastic band resistance training on tennis volleying effect,achieve the purpose of providing better auxiliary training means for tennis volley technology teaching,and promote the improvement of the prenet volley technique level of students in special classes.In this paper,the influence of elastic band resistance training on the volleying effect of tennis is studied by using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,test method and mathematical statistics.In the experiment,26 students of the 2019 sports training professional tennis special team of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental subjects,26 students were divided into experimental group and control group,and the experimental group and control group were respectively taught by elastic band resistance training and traditional volley training methods for 8 weeks.Research results:(1)The data results showed that the forehand volley,accuracy,volley speed and stability of the control group were higher than the backhand volleys at the beginning.After 8 weeks of traditional training,the results of the control group in the backhand volley depth and forehand volley accuracy test were significantly different(P<0.05),and although the forehand volley depth,backhand volley accuracy,forehand and backhand volley speed and one-minute wall volley event were increased,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of elastic band resistance auxiliary training,the results of the forehand volley,forehand volley accuracy,backhand volley depth,and backhand volley accuracy of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the performance of forehand and backhand volleys and one-minute continuous wall volleys was also significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of teaching experiments,the average scores of the students in the experimental group in terms of volley depth,volley accuracy,volley speed and oneminute wall volley were higher than the average scores of the control group,and the average scores of the two groups in the volley depth test,volley speed and one-minute wall volley test also showed a significant difference(P<0.05).In the volley accuracy scores of the forehand and backhand after the experiment,the average score of the two groups did not show a significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks of traditional teaching training,the control group students had significant improvements in the backhand volley depth and forehand volley accuracy tests,but the results improvement effect was not significant in the volley speed and one-minute wall volley.This shows that traditional teaching and training methods can also improve the level of interception,but the improvement in some items is not significant.(2)After 8 weeks of elastic band teaching experimental intervention,the students in the experimental group had significantly improved their scores in the forehand and backhand volley depth,forehand and backhand volley accuracy,volley ball speed and one-minute wall volley test items,among which the backhand volley improvement effect was better than the forehand volley improvement effect,which showed that the elastic band resistance auxiliary training had a significant impact on improving the depth,angle,speed and stability of the volley.(3)After 8 weeks of teaching experimental training,the effect of elastic band resistance auxiliary training on students’ interception accuracy improvement was not very obvious better than that of traditional training methods,and the two training methods had homogeneity for the improvement of students’ interception accuracy,but the average score of students in the experimental group was slightly higher than that of students in the control group,indicating that elastic band resistance training had a slight advantage over traditional training methods.It has obvious advantages in forehand and backhand volleys,volley speed,and one-minute wall volleys.
