Selection Characteristics And Strategy Design Of Chinese Women's Tennis Singles Players

after the retirement of Li Na and Zheng Jie,the performance of Chinese women tennis players has been in a state of status hesitation for a long time,so in many competitions of the whole season,it is particularly important for China's Jinhua to arrange the annual competition according to its own characteristics.This paper analyzes and studies the annual outstanding female tennis players' competition in China,summarizes the competitive characteristics of Chinese female tennis players in the key stage of their career,and helps Chinese tennis players choose high integral competition and quickly participate in higher level competition.So that its smooth and efficient promotion of their own points and rankings.Based on the characteristics of China's women tennis professional athletes,59 players with WTA in 2017-2019 were selected as the research objects Taking the data of Chinese women tennis players in the world ranking points as the statistical objects,this paper uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to analyze the characteristics of 59 players in 2017-2019,such as ranking,number and level of competition,competition space,etc.,and analyzes the overall characteristics of Chinese athletes in this stage and the characteristics of factors affecting the selection The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The players of different ages and rankings have great differences in the choice of venue types: the older athletes mainly participate in the events on the grassland;the younger athletes participate in the events on the hard ground more;the top ranked athletes are more inclined to the events on the grassland and the hard ground.(2)In terms of event level selection,the older athletes mainly participate in 125 k,international and Grand Slam events;the top and middle ranked athletes mainly participate in ITF,and the top ranked athletes participate in senior 5 events more.(3)In terms of the number of entries,women's tennis players in China are still dominated by ITF low-level events at the stage of professional foundation,and the proportion of participants in WTA gradually increased in the later stage.As for the competition area and competition area,Asia is the main region of China.In terms of venue selection,most of our athletes are on hard ground.(4)The following suggestions are put forward for China's women's tennis competition: first,to improve the efficiency of the competition by focusing on the national tennis competition plan;second,to enter and complete the professional foundation stage as early as possible,to shorten the initial time;third,to pay attention to the efficiency of the competition,to improve the level of the competition;fourth,to focus on the hard ground,to coordinate the development of the competitiveness of the sand.
