Multi-objective tracking paradigm(MOT),originated from artificial intelligence,is a hot research method in sports psychology, and has been widely used in sports research in recent years.Because of their similarity in essence, the multi-objective tracking paradigm has gradually become the main medium for the integration of sports psychology, sports training and physical education training in the past ten years.Based on multiple target tracking model combining site detection model, divisions of basketball player level, level of athletes and second-level athlete selected ten people. The whole experimental stage is divided into two parts: experiment 1 is the non-tracking task,in which the subjects only need to judge whether there is any detecting stimulus point;Experiment 2 is a multi-target tracking task, and the tracking number increases from one to five. The subjects need to track a certain number of targets according to the requirements while judging whether the stimulus point appears. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between the detection rate and tracking accuracy of basketball players of different grades in tracking different Numbers of targets by simulating real game scenes. In the second stage of the experiment, whether basketball players have competition experience or not is selected as a new indicator for intra-group comparison. It is hoped that from the perspective of competitive sports,it can help improve the relevant theories of physical education and training, extend and enrich the content of sports cognitive psychology, and promote the integration of multi-disciplinary science.Conclusions:(1)The number of targets has a significant influence on the tracking accuracy and the detection rate of detecting stimuli of the subjects. The higher the number of targets is,the lower the tracking accuracy and signal stimulus detection rate will be.(2)The national level of athletes have better multi-target tracking performance which becomes more prominent as the number of tracking targets increases.(3)at the beginning of the task with low difficulty, there was no significant difference between the first-level athletes and the second-level athletes.(4)Based on the comparison and analysis of data within the group, athletes with competition experience have better multi-target tracking capability, indicating that competition experience improves and promotes athletes' multi-target tracking performance.
