An Empirical Study On The Categories And Application Effects Of Defensive Hitting Techniques In Air Volleyball

With the continuous popularization and development of air volleyball,the scope,participation in the crowd,the number of people,etc.are gradually increasing at the same time the technical and tactical also put forward higher requirements,a variety of innovative batting technology emerged.As the saying goes,"No rules are not square circles",along with the gradual expansion of the size of the air volleyball organization and the increase of the event,its competition rules are also changing from time to time,from the first "air volleyball competition rules" promulgated in 1991 to the current "Air Volleyball Competition Rules"(2017-2020),the rule-making makes gas volleyball more professional,and its constant revision is a higher demand for technical and tactical.In a game,the quality of defense directly affects the advantages and disadvantages of the attack,determines the key to the success of the normal game,the current study of the air volleyball defense system is not perfect,for the air volleyball defensive batting technology of all kinds of names and actions are not more clear provisions,therefore,the gas volleyball defensive batting technology category and application effect of the study is very necessary,can make volleyball gas gradually professional,improve the volleyball gas defense system,for the study and training of air volleyball to provide some suggestions.Through the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and teaching experiment method,the following results are obtained by watching the air volleyball match and drawing on the research basis of the predecessors,as well as by consulting the interview with the experts and the participants of the gas volleyball's own hobby,and by studying the defensive batting techniques through the experiment:1.Through investigation and analysis of the research,the air volleyball defensive batting technology action called a cushion,front hand pad ball,fishing pad,holding pad,holding the ball,one-handed ball and body-side two-hand pad ball,in which these defensive batting technology is developed for the characteristics of air volleyball,with strong targeted and specific.2.The different nature of the tee plays a key role in the defensive effect,and the effect of using the same defensive batting technique to catch the ball of different nature is also different.The cushion and front hand pad ball technology in the general tee ball when the defensive effect is better,the cushion and the pad technology in receiving the strong tee shot effect is better,the cushion and the holding pad in thecatch of the ball when the defensive effect is better,so in the tee ball practice should be the cushion,front hand pad ball and fishpad,etc.3.The formulation of the offensive limit line in the rules to a certain extent weakens the offensive ness of the ball,the second attack is relatively short time compared to the strong attack,the corresponding short defensive batting response time and other factors make the defensive effect of receiving the strong attack dunk ball better than the second attack.Whether it is blocked or not,strong attack and secondary attack on the fishing pad and cushion technology when the application of the relatively high rate,the application effect is better.4.The defensive effect of different batting techniques to block the ball back in different positions is different,from the overall defensive batting effect,the defensive effect of fishing pad,fronthand hand pad ball and holding the ball is better.5.The catch effect of passing mat ball is to catch a kind of ball of different types of offensive and difficult yability,the effect of using various defensive batting techniques is not obvious,from the stability aspect or the use of two-handed batting,touch the ball area of the technical action effect is better.6.The defensive effect of the small ball is closely related to the relationship between the position of the ball and the sensitivity of the response,etc.,when the ball is too late to catch the ball with both hands,the emergency practical effect of one-handed ball,one-handed holding ball and body-side hand pad ball is better,but the stability is relatively poor.7.In view of the physical characteristics of air volleyball and the laws of movement developed a variety of defensive batting techniques,mainly by increasing the hitting area and fingers,wrist softening the use of the flexible use of the defense effect,therefore,in teaching and training should strengthen the practice of such defensive batting skills.
