Historical thinking refers to the students' ability to interpret,analyze,and evaluate historical objective facts during the course of studying history.In the course of training historical papers,students learn about historical facts through various channels,collect objective historical data to evaluate and demonstrate historical facts;it is conducive to cultivating students' ability to learn from history and combine historical theory.The historical short essay training is not only in line with the curriculum reform plan,but also in line with the high school history curriculum standards,and is one of the important bridges linking historical thinking ability and historical core literacy.The combination of historical short essay training and history classroom teaching is of great significance to change the traditional history teaching mode,implement the goals of the new curriculum reform,and promote the exploration and long-term development of historical short essays.??The article content is mainly composed of four parts:The first part mainly introduces the general situation of the research.Explain the reason for choosing the topic and the significance of research;clarify the importance and feasibility of cultivating students' historical thinking ability through historical class essay training in history class.By reviewing the research status of this topic at home and abroad,new research ideas are proposed.Define the concept of historical thinking and small historical papers under the research of previous literature.The second part,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,analyzes the main problems encountered by teachers and students in the study of historical small essays.It mainly analyzes the problems from the topics,arguments,and logic of the argument to explore their causes.The third part is to grasp the types of historical short papers and their connection with historical thinking ability.Historical papers can be divided into narrative assignments,critical assignments,and argumentative assignments according to different types.Based on the types of these papers,two different historical small-paper practical training cases are enumerated,and students' work before and after the guidance training is compared to explore their cultivation of different historical thinking skills.The fourth part is to address the problems encountered by teachers in “teaching” and students '“ learning ”during the writing of historical essays,and under the guidance of core literacy theory,how to improve students' abilities through the writing of historical essays.Historical thinking ability proposes implementation strategies.
