The primary school teachers in rural areas are an important part of the teachers' team and the main body of revitalizing rural basic education.Their development level is directly related to the quality of education and teaching in rural schools, and then related to the rapid development of rural basic education. In recent years, more and more college graduates have entered rural primary schools to teach, which has injected fresh blood into the rural primary school teachers, making them full of vitality and vitality. However, they will also encounter a variety of career adaptation problems at the beginning of their employment. If these problems can not be solved effectively,it will restrict the continuous professional development of new teachers in the future, and will also have a negative impact on the quality of education and teaching in rural primary schools. In order to understand the occupational adaptation of the beginning teachers in rural primary schools, the author, based on a large number of relevant literature, comprehensively uses the research methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, and takes the teachers in rural primary schools of H county in Xinxiang City for 0-3 years as the survey object, and conducts an empirical investigation. It is found that the primary school teachers in rural areas have some problems such as low professional identity, insufficient teaching ability, weak class management ability, weak interpersonal harmony and low acceptance of working environment. The author thinks that we can analyze the causes of the difficulties of the vocational adaptation of the beginning teachers in rural primary schools from three dimensions: from the perspective of the beginning teachers themselves, the high expectation value before work leads to the gap between ideal and reality;the separation of theory and practice, the lack of teaching skills and experience;the lack of communication skills, the weak sense of interpersonal communication;the inadequate psychological preparation, the slow role transformation, etc It is the micro influencing factor of maladjustment. From the perspective of on-the-job schools, lack of humanistic care, complex interpersonal relationship, poor working environment, less development of assistance and insufficient cooperation of parents are the meso level factors that cause maladjustment. From the perspective of society, there are some constraints at the macro level, such as thelow status of teachers and their salary, the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of training, the inadequate implementation of security policies, and the lack of process management. In order to effectively improve the vocational adaptation of the beginning teachers in rural primary schools, the author puts forward the following strategies and suggestions: first, the beginning teachers themselves should cultivate the rural feelings, enhance the recognition of the teachers' profession;strengthen practical wisdom, enhance the adaptation to the education and teaching work;strengthen the communication awareness, enhance the interpersonal adaptation;adjust their mentality, and improve the environmental adaptation.Second,in-service schools should strengthen humanistic care, create a good environment, expand the interactive platform, establish a support carrier, and strengthen home school cooperation.Third, the society should effectively improve the social status of teachers, implement teacher development policies, and improve the effectiveness of training. In a word, only when teachers themselves, schools and all aspects of society form a joint force, can we effectively promote the professional adaptation of rural primary school teachers and promote their professional growth. This is not only conducive to the smooth development of school education and teaching activities, but also conducive to improving the construction of teachers and promoting the high-quality development of rural basic education.
