| It is generally accept that human's activities must be performed in a given culture. And so as teachers, whose given culture is a certain school. Teaching, as one of the special area, processes its'special career culture. The new admitted teachers are the special ones in this group who just start their career and need to apply their acquired knowledge to the practice. For the teachers'main job, there also exists teaching adaptation period.On the basis of knowledge of teaching career development in the development and management of modern human resources, we make a research on the beginning teachers'adaptation problem in the primary school of Wulumuqi by questionnaire inquiries and study researches combining with the relevant researches on the new admitted teachers on adaptation after admission performed by other groups. Our study found that all the primary school teachers in Wulumuqi have the aforementioned problems in their teaching activities including their unfamiliar with the books, their confusion on importance and difficulties, too many classes, too much workloads, their unfamiliar with their students'study situations and needs as well as un-adept teaching methods resulting into their difficulties on triggering the students'interests and positive attitudes on study, their limited teaching management capability, which result into the difficulty in managing the discipline in class and handling the accident events occurring in the class. And then, this study analyzes the possible cause of these problems and differences.Lastly, we provide some related advices for the aforementioned problems from the aspects of environment and self-advancing in order to help all the newly admitted primary teachers in Wulumuqi overcome this special period. All those advices are specified as follows: on the one hand, from the aspect of environment, teaching administration department should provide some safety insurance for the construction of school which is suitable for the newly admitted teacher; on the other hand, from the aspect of newly admitted teachers, they should learn a lot of knowledge, listen all the feedbacks from other people, accumulate practice experience, and pay attention to the true meaning of experience. |
