With the further development of China's educational system reform,the forms of student education are more diversified and rich.Especially in higher education,the emergence of independent colleges has brought student education to a new stage of development.In the process of independent college construction,brand building has become the main focus of its development.At present,the employment situation in our country is rather grim,and the pressure of competition for college entrance examination and postgraduate entrance examination in famous universities is enormous.Therefore,if an independent college of higher education wants to improve its teaching quality,it is necessary to establish a brand strategy concept,incorporate the goal of brand building into the development plan of the college,focus on developing its advantages,highlight its characteristics and enhance the level of teaching management.Attract high-quality teachers to enrich their school-running process.However,it can not be ignored that the current independent medical colleges are facing more serious problems of students teaching quality and employment bottlenecks.Therefore,this paper here uses the existing research data of independent medical colleges for reference,and explores the rationale of brand building of independent medical colleges.In this paper,through literature research,investigation and analysis,theoretical analysis,the independent college brand building issues are studied and discussed,through the analysis of the relevant theories of Medical Independent College brand building,lay the theoretical foundation of this paper.And taking LCH Academy as a specific case,analyzing the specific situation of its current development,especially comparing the investment in brand building and output,it finds that there are problems in positioning,image,communication and post-maintenance in brand building.The specific performance is unclear brand positioning,weak brand awareness,lack of features,investment and lack of post-maintenance,which have hindered the further development of LCH Independent College and will have a negative impact on its long-term development.To this end,in response to these problems,this paper proposes a long-term mechanism that requires LCH independent colleges to accurately position their roles,strengthen brand awareness and innovation awareness,establish a good college brand image,and perform post-maintenance.Effectively maintain the brand image of the independent college,create an independent college brand with strength,quality and development,and provide effective reference for the development of other independent colleges.
