Adolescence is an important stage of life in which both physical and psychological development are taken into account.It is also an important transitional period in which self-concept is gradually formed from childhood to adulthood,the first lesson in the formation of self-concept is to accept the drastic changes in your body.In fact,the continuous decline of the onset age of adolescence and the lag of physical education have led to the disharmony of the physical and mental development of adolescents,adolescents who do not receive proper guidance and education are more likely to develop serious psychological and behavioral problems at the end of adolescence,with girls experiencing more problems than boys because of gender differences.In recent years,the state and schools have carried out many aspects of exploration and practice of sex education for teenagers,but the actual situation is that the main body of sex education for teenagers is still the family,at this stage,a large number of adolescents do not receive correct and timely guidance and help,which leads to a low degree of self-acceptance,which will have a negative impact on the development of adolescents' self-concept and socialization.A high degree of self-acceptance can help young people to establish a positive attitude towards life,and guidance and education of young people to accept their own secondary sexual development is an important basis for improving self-acceptance.Based on the author's internship experience in a High School Social Work Institution,this study selected a typical young case w as the research object,used professional skills to establish a professional relationship of mutual trust with W,and then through ten times of intervention service,to persuade him to seek medical treatment and recuperate his health,and through interviews to find out the reasons why he does not accept himself,to use rational emotive therapy and superiority perspective theory to debate and question the causes,so as to help him correct irrational cognition,finally,with the joint efforts of the author and the mother and daughter of the case,the author has achieved certain results,raised the cognitive level of the case-owner,and improved the parent-child relationship,and promoted the case-owner's acceptance of his own secondary sexual characteristics.
