Research On Strategies For Social Workers To Guide Community Self-organization To Participate In Poverty Alleviation

In the context of targeted poverty alleviation in the new era,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the "Implementation Plan of the Hand-in-Hand Plan for Social Work Service Institutions" to guide social work service institutions in developed areas to help develop social work services in poverty-stricken areas on a one-to-one basis.The N Social Work Service Agency of Jinan City,in accordance with the notice issued by the Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong Province,provided assistance to a nursing home in Lin Fen City,Shanxi Province.In the survey,it was found that the local nursing homes are geographically remote,the surrounding environment is poor,the management and service levels of the nursing home workers are relatively low,the learning ability is relatively poor,the material and spiritual life of the elderly in the nursing homes are relatively poor,and they are facing various problems that need to be solved urgently.Support social workers regard the elderly in nursing homes as the main target of assistance,and improve their material and spiritual life as their primary service goal.However,in the two assistances,social workers found that social workers' lack of participation,insufficient resource links,insufficient professional involvement,and short service periods affected the effectiveness of social workers' assistance to the elderly.In order to expand the power of assistance and effectively achieve the goal,social workers analyzed the advantages of self-organization of community residents incubated by their own institutions,and decided to integrate and guide their power to participate in poverty alleviation.Based on my own internship experience,this study sets "social workers to guide the community to self-organize and participate in poverty alleviation" as the research theme,in order to provide new ideas for poverty alleviation development.This article takes participatory observation method,interview method,literature research method,and case analysis method as research methods,and combines the notes,weekly diaries,activity planning book,interview summary and other materials that I wrote during the internship to make relevant supplements.This research is divided into six chapters,and the specific content is as follows:Chapter One mainly elaborates on the research background,research questions,research significance,and related concepts;Chapter Two,by consulting domestic and foreign documents,The relevant research on community self-organization and social workers' participation in poverty alleviation is sorted out,and combined with the main content of this research,a certain reference is made,and the relevant research is also reviewed;Chapter 3,research ideas,research content,and research Methods and research perspectives are explained;Chapter 4 discusses the practice of community self-organization participating in poverty alleviation,discussing the necessity of community self-organization participating in poverty alleviation from the deficiencies of social work poverty alleviation and the advantages of community self-organization,and adopting case analysis method,Taking the "charity museum"established by the N social work service organization to guide the self-organization of the community as an example,introduces the poverty alleviation process and effectiveness of social workers in guiding the self-organization of the community;Chapter 5 discusses the shortcomings of community self-organization and participation in poverty alleviation and proposes Targeted opinions;Chapter VI summarizes and discusses the findings of this research.
