Study On Community Social Work Intervention To Poverty-returning Households In The Context Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

After years of hard work,China's poverty alleviation and development work has entered the crucial moment of attacking the country,and flood-draining poverty alleviation has begun to shift to precision drip irrigation.Since the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation strategy,the anti-poverty work has achieved remarkable results,and the poverty-reducing population has dropped substantially.However,the targeted poverty alleviation work with the government as the single subject also revealed problems such as more poverty-reducing targets,a single poverty alleviation channel,a single poverty alleviation approach,and poverty alleviation project single achievement,which have resulted in insufficient stability in poverty eradication,and some poverty-stricken households have risk of returning to poverty.How to reduce the risk of returning to poverty and consolidate the effectiveness of poverty alleviation has become another important issue in the fight against poverty.This paper attempts to use social work methods from the perspective of social work to intervene in the survey of the region to explore the effective path of social work to help prevent poverty,and to provide examples of localization of rural social work.First,the article briefly introduces the research background,research significance and research methods of this topic.The second chapter makes a necessary explanation on the relevant concepts and theoretical basis that need to be used in the research.At the same time,it elaborates the research status and trends at home and abroad.The third part of the article focuses on the main status quo of targeted poverty alleviation in Y village.From the necessity of social work intervention,it points out that traditional methods of poverty alleviation include many targets for poverty alleviation,single poverty alleviation channel,single poverty alleviation method,poverty alleviation project single achievement,etc.insufficient.The fourth part of the article introduced the relevant background for the intervention of poverty-stricken communities in the poverty alleviation community in the Y village,from the basicinformation of the community,the basic situation of poverty-returning households and targeted poverty alleviation.Chapter 5 describes the analysis of problems and needs of returnee households as separate chapters.On the basis of the needs analysis,the sixth part of the article deals with interventions for this group of people according to the general process of community social work.In the process of intervention,the author helped the village to formulate a community development plan,initiated community actions through publicity and education,held meetings,etc.,evoked the self-consciousness of the intervention objects,actively participated in community construction,and used skills training to improve the ability of this group of people to get rid of poverty and achieve empowerment.Practice has proved that social work helps targeted poverty alleviation.Finally,the article proposes reflections and calls for the government to establish a long-term mechanism for rural social work to participate in precision poverty alleviation as soon as possible,and to build a team of professional social workers who understand rural areas to love rural areas and take root in rural areas.
