In this knowledge-based economy society, the university has continuously moved from the edge of society to the center.Social development has given the university a new historical mission--social services. As large as the state and enterprises,as small as the public individuals, universities are expected to open up resources and make contributions to social development. At present, domestic universities have made great efforts to encourage university teachers to participate in social services, but the effects are not so obvious. In addition, the government also issued some policies to support university teachers to take part in part-time jobs.It has improved the enthusiasm of some teachers' to participate in social services in some ways, but it also brought out many interest disputes. Therefore, clarifying and adapting teachers' participation in social service conflicts of interest has certain significance for regulating teachers' social services and improving university social service management. So,what are the stakeholders of college social services? How do the conflict of interest of teachers' participation in social services manifest? What are the influencing factors? How to adapt these conflicts of interest? These are the research questions of this paper. The research mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys to collect and sort out the theoretical knowledge and sample data needed for the research, which provides a strong support for the writing of the dissertation.According to the stakeholder theory and the definition of university stakeholders by scholars, the stakeholders of university social services are identified:core stakeholders include teachers, students and organizations that provide services or cooperation;indirect stakeholders include universities, internal administrators and governments;marginal stakeholders include alumni, lenders, donors, etc.Schools and service or cooperative organizations are the main promoters of social services,in which teachers play a bridge role and other stakeholders play an assistant role in the development of social services.Taking college teachers as the research object and using conflict theory, the conflict of interests in teachers' participation in social services are divided into individual teachers and teachers and organizations, which correspond to direct conflicts of interest and indirect conflicts of interest.Among them, direct conflicts of interest include material conflicts and spiritual conflicts;indirect conflicts of interest include conflicts of roles and obligations of structural obligations. Then,on the basis of the scholars' early research on the factors influencing teachers' participation in social services, this paper screens out personal characteristics, organizational characteristics and job characteristics as dependent variables, measures their influence on indirect conflicts of interest, and proposes four research hypotheses. In the end, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper summarizes the specific performance of college students' participation in social services and verifies the research hypothesis. From three perspective of universities, society and individuals, this paper proposes strategies for adapting the conflict of interest of college teachers' participation in social services.Among them, schools should improve the management of teachers'social services, highlight the value of social services, define possible types of conflicts, and form social services management programs;society should correctly understand teachers' social services, establish rules and regulations for teachers'work, and clarify teachers' functions and powers.Individual adaptation emphasizes that teachers should clarify their functions and powers, actively strengthen communication with schools and service organizations, and adjust their mentality. With the combination of the "legal system" and the "rule of virtue",it can help to remit and avoid the conflicts of interest in social services, and ultimately promote the healthy and sustainable development of college social services.
