After 18th century England Industrial Revolution erupted ,the capitalist countries unceasingly emerge the question and so on labor dispute ,benefit assignment, has then formed the enterprise to these question's solutions to the organization conflict research turning point.. Afterwards, 20th century 60's last stages western nation rapidly rises to the conflict research, conflicted fundamental research starting for our country to lay the solid rationale with the development. Looked from its historical development, "conflict" an etymology organizes to the enterprise, but its existence and the development actually didn't merely limit to the enterprise organization, in other words so long as the organized system exists, the conflict is inevitable, regarding the universities to say is not exceptional. Therefore, of a teacher as universities' main bodies also inevitably can become many scholars to study the universities to organize one of conflict main research objects. At present, the our country higher education is being in the rising time of constant development, the load bearing higher education significant responsibility college unceasingly expands through school form and so on construction scale and recruitment of students scale to cater to the higher education's development, but at the same time, some uncoordinated factor of university also unceasingly exposes, bringing some bad influence for the higher education development. Regarding this, what guiding ideology and the conflict management idea will we set up in the next management practice, how will we embark to enhance the conflict management potency from the universities own reality ,it will be one of important questions to promote the higher education's healthy and harmonious development.This article takes the universities teacher's interpersonal conflicts for the main research content to study the universities how to carry on the conflict management practice. At present, some scholars of our country has done the certain conflict research concerned the university's teacher, from the different sides, the different levels, the different angles analyzed and revealed the reason, the influence as well as the corresponding countermeasure concerned teacher conflict. But looking from the overall that, all has not make the thorough discussion to the university teachers from the system and overall stratification, especially the research which interpersonal conflicts of university teachers are really few. Therefore, the present paper embarks from the angle of interpersonal conflicts of university teachers and makes the reasonable limits to the concept which interpersonal conflicts to the universities teachers in the foundation, I do more detailed and thorough research about university teachers' interpersonal conflict management.This article takes "the hard document" of the conflict of teacher and student in Beijing Foreign Language University as a breach, take the present universities which locates politics ,the economy, the cultural big background and the universities' essential characteristic as the basis, uses the conflict management theory of the model enterprise organization, organization behavior, psychology of management, sociology as well as education administration theory and so on, uses the method of questionnaire survey and indexing literature material, to concerned teacher carries on thoroughly and carefully studies to the teachers' interpersonal conflicts of the universities interior. Paper takes the object of interpersonal conflicts of the university teachers for the master line, and divides it into between teachers and students' conflict, the teacher and the teacher's conflict and between the teacher and the administration personnel's conflict three big kinds. First, emphatically it elaborated the realistic condition shape of the university teachers' interpersonal conflict in detail from the performance, the characteristic as well as the forming process three aspects. Next, through analyzing and researching to the above question, from the dependence, the difference, the role expected of the conflict mutual as well as the universities' management mechanism, the external environment and so on five aspects, it analyzed the main reasons which university teachers interpersonal conflict forms in multi- angles, and the consequence which possibly formed on it has analyzed its enthusiasm and the negative ambiguity function. Finally, it proposed the effective management to interpersonal conflicts of the university teachers, this is the core of the present paper. From the conflict diagnosis, the conflict prevention, the conflict management and the conflict use four aspects, it researched how to manage the university teacher's interpersonal conflict in detail, and elaborated the basic strategy how to effectively manage the interpersonal conflict of university teacher, it will build the good foundation for the management practice of university conflict from now onThis article is through managing and researching that the interpersonal conflict of the university teacher this aspect to research how to enhance the management potency to the higher education. Through studies, its conclusion as follows: First, the university teacher interpersonal conflict is the higher education large-scale development necessity under the current global integration tendency, it brings disadvantage for the universities at the same time, also provides the power fountainhead for universities' development. Therefore, the university teacher interpersonal conflict have the constructive and the destructive dual attribute, simultaneously two kind of attributes may mutually transform under the certain condition, for this, preventing the constructive conflict the evolution and the promotion is to need the matter of concern in the conflict management process. Next, the conflict management certainly is not is for the purpose of eliminating the conflict, also is not infinite to multiply the constructive conflict development but comprehensively to suppress the destructive conflict, but is no matter the constructive conflict or destructive conflict, its quantity and the intensity must be controlled in a moderate scope, only having the moderate measurement, the conflict is able to have the constructive to the organization ,otherwise can be disadvantageous to the organization's development. Finally, it is the management to the university teacher interpersonal conflicts, it is not merely how to conduct afterwards the conduct, but it is a dynamical equilibrium management process by the diagnosis, the prevention, manages and uses which four steps forms.
