The new curriculum reform deeply carries out the principle of "combining education with production and labor",and labor education is playing an increasingly important role in the curriculum system of basic education.Chinese and foreign research on labor education has made some achievements,but in terms of labor education in China,there are still some problems,such as not forming a more systematic and perfect implementation system,not paying enough attention to labor education of senior high school students,and strengthening labor education of students in biology teaching is a little weak.The curriculum standard of high school biology agrees with the connotation,nature and way of labor education.Therefore,it is urgent for biology educators and education experts to solve the problem that how to develop the key competency of high school biology,give full play to its discipline education value and effectively penetrate labor education.Based on the above-mentioned situation,this paper explores the penetration of labor education in high school biology teaching from the perspective of key competency.First of all,combining with the biology curriculum standard of senior high school(2017 Edition 2020 Revised),from the perspective of key competency,the internal relationship between high school biology teaching and labor education was explored,and the feasibility of labor education penetration in high school biology teaching was analyzed.Secondly,using questionnaire survey and interview survey method to understand the current situation of labor education penetration in high school biology teaching in Huanggang City,find out the reasons of labor education penetration difficulties in high school biology teaching;Then,sorting out of high school education need to form the correct labor cognition,strengthen labor skills,cultivate creative labor and get into the habit of diligent about labor for the teaching goal,on the basis of summing up the point of labor education and high school biology teaching,according to the teaching case design is scientific,inspiring and developmental principles,structures,teaching design of general train of thought,and to a compulsory sixth chapter 3 "to protect our common homeland" in the second quarter,for example,writing the teaching case,for a high school biology teachers' reference;Finally,according to the actual situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the penetration of labor education in high school biology teaching:digging deeply the teaching content of labor education in biology teaching materials,exploring the practical teaching mode of penetration of labor education,paying attention to the teaching form of combining theoretical knowledge with social practice,establishing and improving the evaluation mechanism and feedback system.Through the case analysis,it is found that high school biology teaching can better achieve the goal of labor education and develop students' key competency under the condition of completing their own teaching tasks.The materials,teaching cases and teaching suggestions of high school biology teaching infiltrating labor education are expected to be improved,supplemented and perfected in high school biology teaching,which is convenient for high school biology teachers to further practice and conducive to the innovative development of high school biology.
