Research On The Effect Of College Students' Personality Advantage On Yan'an Spirit Inheritance From The Perspective Of Marxist Humanism

In recent years,there has been a wave of learning Yan'an spirit across the country,especially the party history education carried out at the historical node of the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the party,which requires the promotion of Yan'an spirit to be integrated into party history education and make full use of red culture to enrich party history.Learn.However,current college students lack the study of traditional culture and traditional spirit.They ignore the great leading role of Yan'an Spirit in their studies,and they have not introduced the concept of personality advantage in the inheritance and practice of Yan'an Spirit.They cannot use the related concepts of psychology to give Yan'an an impact.Analyze the inheritance and practice of the spirit.Under the guidance of Marxist theory of humanism,character advantages,and Yan'an spirit,this article aims to promote the inheritance and practice of Yan'an spirit among college students,and it is aimed at the inheritance and ideological inheritance of Yan'an spirit of college students,the 24 factors of college students' character advantages,and the Yan'an spirit of college students.The actual performance has been fully studied.Based on previous studies on the effect of personality advantages on the inheritance of Yan'an spirit,the positive role of college students' personality advantages in the inheritance of Yan'an spirit has been proposed,so as to contribute to the formation of college students' values and the better Yan'an spirit.The inheritance provides practical ideas.The empirical data of this study comes from the database of the “2019 Shaanxi University College Students ' Core Competence and Psychological Education Big Data Investigation and Analysis ” database by the Shaanxi Provincial Education Working Committee of the Communist Party of China.Taking college students as the inheritors and practitioners of the Yan'an Spirit,this paper empirically analyzes the“ideological inheritance and practical expression”of the Yan'an spirit and related data such as the role of character advantages in inheritance and practice.Using SPSS23.0 to do big data processing and statistical analysis on survey data and AMOS18.0 to do structural equation fitting modeling analysis on survey big data,after the above empirical analysis and testing,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The ideological inheritance and practical performance of the Yan'an Spirit have group differences in gender and affiliated institutions;(2)Personality advantage has a significant positive effect on the inheritance of Yan'an Spirit;(3)Character advantage has a significant positive effect on the practical performance of Yan'an Spirit.;(4)Character advantage has a significant mediating effect in the ideological inheritance and practical performance of Yan'an Spirit;(5)Suggestions :Put the Yan'an spirit through the whole process of ideological and political theory classes?integrate Yan'an spirit teaching into quality education?cultivate positive psychological advantages,and establish correct values.Although this research explores the inheritance and practice of Yan'an spirit by character advantages,there are still many shortcomings,and I hope to continue to improve it in the future study.
