Research On The Influence Of Physical Education Teaching Environment On The Physical Exercise Behavior Of Senior High School Students In Anqing City

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of various dimensions of physical education teaching environment on students’ physical exercise behavior,in order to provide data and theoretical support for the improvement of high school students’ physical exercise behavior.By means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interview,540 high school students in Anqing city were investigated and analyzed.The results are as follows: 1)There are differences in physical exercise behaviors among high school students of different genders and grades.Boys’ physical exercise behaviors are better than girls’,and students’ physical exercise behaviors of senior one are better than those of senior two and senior three.2)There is a positive correlation between physical environment,humanistic environment and institutional environment and physical exercise behavior in PE teaching environment.3)The regression analysis results show that the physical environment,humanistic environment and institutional environment in the physical education teaching environment all have an impact on students’ physical exercise behavior.Research Conclusions:1)According to the research results,the physical environment,humanistic environment and institutional environment of physical education teaching can all influence students’ physical exercise behavior.The contribution rate of physical environment to physical exercise behavior is 57.5%,and the contribution rate of humanistic environment to physical exercise behavior is62.0%.The contribution rate of physical education system environment to physical exercise behavior is 68%.From these three dimensions,the research puts forward some suggestions to improve students’ physical exercise behavior.1)Increase and expand the area of sports venues,and give play to the leading role of government departments.2)Strengthen classroom communication between teachers and students,create a harmonious and relaxed PE classroom atmosphere,and improve the teaching level.3)Innovate teaching methods,take students as the foundation,formulate teaching conventions in line with the new curriculum concept,and ensure the fairness and democracy of the rules.
