Self diagnosis is a method of students' autonomous learning and evaluation.It allows students to evaluate their own learning according to the worked-out examples and standards provided by teachers,and then according to the feedback,make them to know the gap between their current level and the goal,and know how to reduce the gap.And then clear the next goal and guide their future learning.To guide students to learn how to study independently and evaluate themselves accurately is not only the internal need of students' individual growth,but also the objective need to adapt to the new college entrance examination under the new curriculum standard.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on what is self diagnosis? Can self diagnosis help students learn? What kind of students benefit most from self diagnosis? How to apply self diagnosis in mathematics class? How to make self diagnosis scale? As well as different students in the use of self diagnosis method to study the different performance and reasons and so on.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which is the research background.This paper mainly expounds the significance of this research under the current new curriculum standard,highlights the advantages of self diagnosis in this context,and finally explains the educational research methods mainly used in this paper.The second part is the research status at home and abroad,mainly from the formative evaluation,self-evaluation,example learning,wrong example learning,group discussion learning and the current research status of self diagnosis method,according to the literature research method to show the connection and difference between these aspects and self diagnosis method.The third part is the experiment design,the experiment designed in this paper uses the unequal group control group before and after the test experiment,through the analysis of the results before and after the test changes to reflect the influence of different experimental processing on students' learning.The fourth part is to use SPSS software to deal with the experimental data,combined with the qualitative analysis of special individual cases to get the conclusion.The fifth part includes the positive impact of this research on the current high school mathematics teaching and learning,teaching suggestions and the shortcomings of this research and the future prospects.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Compared with the traditional classroom learning,the average score of the students who carry out self diagnosis learning increases and the standard deviation decreases.The data shows that the learning effect of the students who carry out self diagnosis learning is better;2.The results of the second and third level students are better than the first level students;3.Students who form written materials in the process of self-diagnosis(listing the reasons for their mistakes,explaining their mistakes,etc.)perform better in the post-test;4.Students of different levels can self-diagnose the wrong questions of different difficulty and learn from worked-out examples according to their ability.In this way,teachers can no longer explain the problems one by one in exercise class,which greatly improves the efficiency of exercise class and is also a way to realize hierarchical learning;5.Students with similar self diagnosis learning performance are not consistent in the post test,which is caused by a variety of reasons.Combined with the conclusion of this experiment,the theory is applied to practice,and teaching suggestions are put forward for the study of high school math exercises and the form of exercises class.Combined with individual cases,together with the discussion with experienced teachers,the improvement of self-diagnosis ability and autonomous learning ability of students of different degrees is deepened,and the application of self-diagnosis method in high school mathematics is enriched and improved.
