Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Sense Of Justice In The New Era

Equity and justice is one of the core values pursued by society in the new era.Building a fair and just society requires not only social support but also the cultivation of a new generation of citizens with a sense of social justice.Citizens to enhance the level of individual sense of justice,to improve individual moral accomplishment,promote the realization of individual value and self sublimation,thus promote the social unity,with the collective power to realize social fairness and justice,and college students as the main force of the development of the new era of construction,the overall level of justice embodies the society as a whole,affecting the national development prospects,Therefore,it is important to study the cultivation of college students' sense of justice in the new era.This paper,based on the new era,focuses on college students,with the support of Chinese and western classical theories of justice,using literature combing method and questionnaire survey method,discusses the current situation and problems of cultivating college students' sense of justice in the new era,and puts forward effective countermeasures for cultivating college students' sense of justice in the new era on the basis of analyzing the causes.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly focuses on sorting out the literature content related to this paper,understanding the research status at home and abroad,grasping the research significance,research ideas and research methods of this paper from an overall perspective,and planning the overall thinking of this paper.The second part is an overview of the meaning of cultivating college students' sense of justice in the new era.First of all from the etymology of justice combined with the understanding of domestic and foreign scholars to grasp the meaning and characteristics of the sense of justice.Secondly,it further defines the meaning of the cultivation of college students' sense of justice in the new era by connecting the cultivation of the new era with the cultivation of college students' sense of justice,and explains the requirements of the cultivation of the sense of justice.The third part is mainly about the theoretical basis and practical value of cultivating college students' sense of justice in the new era.The cultivation of college students' sense of justice in the new era has both a solid theoretical basis and realistic value significance.The theoretical basis of cultivating the sense of justice in universities in the new era mainly includes the Marxist view of justice,the theory of justice in the process of the sinicization of Marxism,the traditional Chinese theory of justice,and the classical western theory of justice.The realistic value of cultivating college students' sense of justice is mainly the value of improving their personal moral accomplishment,the value of maintaining a harmonious relationship between individuals and people,and the value of social progress and development.The fourth part mainly analyzes the current situation and causes of cultivating college students' sense of justice in the new era.Through the investigation,we found that colleges and universities generally pay attention to the cultivation of college students' sense of justice,and college students can also recognize the necessity of the cultivation of college students' sense of justice and their sense of justice status is relatively positive.However,there are still some problems in the specific cultivation of college students' sense of justice,which are as follows:lack of cohesion of cultivation objectives,lack of comprehensive cultivation content and lack of diversity of cultivation methods.These problems need to be further improved;On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in cultivating college students' sense of justice from four aspects: the influence of social utilitarianism values,the guidance of school education,the individual consciousness of college students,and the linkage mechanism of education.The fifth part is to explore the effective countermeasures of cultivating college students' sense of justice in the new era.It mainly includes the following four aspects: one is to set up precise goals,from the goal to discuss what kind of people to cultivate;Second,the content of education should be integrated and optimized to enrich the content of cultivating college students' sense of justice;Third,we should explore multiple education methods to enhance the sense of justice cultivation attraction.Fourth,we should play the role of education joint force,improve the consciousness of college students,form the multi-dimensional linkage of society,school and family,adhere to the principle of the same goal and mutual cooperation,and jointly cultivate college students' sense of justice.
