Xi Jinping's Labor Concept Is Integrated Into The Study Of Moral Education In Colleges And Universities

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly issued important discussions on "What kind of people are trained in schools,for whom,and how to cultivate people".At the National Education Conference on September 10,2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping Expand the educational goal from "cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and beauty" to "cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty,and labor",and include "labor" in the educational goals This means that the party and the state attach great importance to labor education,and strengthening labor education is a common issue faced by the education system at all stages.In July 2020,in order to accelerate the construction of a comprehensive education system,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Outline of Labor Education for Colleges,Middle Schools and Primary Schools".This outline pointed out the direction for the education of labor outlook in moral education in colleges and universities.Labor education is the core of labor education.As college students in the new era,the correctness of their labor outlook is not only related to the individual survival and development of college students,but also affects the development direction of the society's labor outlook to a certain extent.It is an urgent task for college moral education to establish a correct labor outlook for college students at this stage.This is the background,and I propose to incorporate Xi Jinping's outlook on labor into moral education in colleges and universities.General Secretary Xi Jinping expounded his views on labor in May Day speeches and other important speeches over the years,especially on society.Existing problems such as lack of emphasis on labor,lack of respect for labor,and unharmonious labor relations have put forward labor viewpoints with a new era of color.This paper uses the speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping as the research content,summarizes Xi Jinping's outlook on labor,and at the same time uses college moral education as the research content,deeply analyzes the various elements of college moral education,and integrates Xi Jinping's outlook on labor into college moral education to educate college students The formation of a correct labor concept has not only carried out theoretical innovations on college moral education,but also made college moral education more contemporary.This paper starts with Xi Jinping ' s outlook on labor and moral education in colleges and universities,takes Xi Jinping's outlook on labor as the starting point,and combines the actual situation of labor outlook education in colleges and universities in my country.It points out that the integration of Xi Jinping's outlook on labor into moral education in colleges and universities can expand the practice of moral education in colleges and improve the pertinence of moral education in colleges and universities.The practical significance of enhancing the attractiveness of college moral education.In the process of analysing the integration of Xi Jinping's outlook on labor into the status quo of moral education in colleges and universities,it is pointed out that in the emerging stage of moral education in colleges and universities,Xi Jinping's outlook on labor has problems that need to be strengthened,the content is not comprehensive enough,the process is formal,and the model lacks collaboration.The education of Xi Jinping's outlook on labor has not given enough attention,deep understanding,outdated concepts,and lack of synergy in the environment.The focus of this thesis is on the path through which Xi Jinping's outlook on labor is integrated into moral education in colleges and universities.The integration of the two should grasp the principles of orientation,subjectivity,combination of content and form,innovation principles,and holistic principles of college moral education.The concept of labor is fully integrated into the goals,content,courses,methods and environment of moral education in colleges and universities,so that it can give full play to its role in educating people.
