This paper mainly investigates the language life of junior high school students in Jishou City,and explores the causes of the related language status.According to the macro-language survey theory of sociolinguistics,we take Jishou city junior high school students as a case study,through questionnaire,interview outline design,modification and improvement,questionnaire distribution,recovery,interview,ability test implementation,collation,and then through the SPSS software to input and analyze the data,using frequency distribution,Liert scale evaluation,pairwise sample test,multi-independent sample test,correlation analysis and other methods,the Jishou city junior high school students language acquisition,language use,language ability,language attitude four aspects of the detailed description,The factors that affect their language use,language ability and language attitude are deeply discussed,and the future appearance of junior high school students’ language life in Jishou City is predicted,and the development prospect of Jishou dialect is discussed.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the general situation of Jishou,briefly reviews the current situation of language attitude research at home and abroad,and introduces the significance,ideas and methods of this study.The second part analyzes the language acquisition and language use of junior high school students in Jishou City in detail,and discusses the main factors affecting their language use.The third part analyzes the language ability of junior high school students in Jishou city in detail,and discusses the main factors affecting their language ability.The fourth part analyzes the language attitude of junior high school students in Jishou city in detail,and discusses the main factors affecting their language attitude.The conclusion part summarizes the research results of this paper,anddiscusses and predicts the development of junior high school students’ language life in Jishou City.
