In middle school chemistry,the knowledge of acid and alkali salt section is a substantial focus of teaching,which also holds a very important part of chemistry teaching and assessment.However,the content of acid and alkali salt section is abundant and loosely organized requiring strong comprehensive ability to finish exercises,which is challenging for students to grasp and for teachers to deliver.Therefore,it has always been a focus which is the improvement of acid and alkali salt teaching method for front line teachers.The improvement is able to enhance the teaching results on acid and alkali salt with rapid and effective approaches having students firmly grasping the knowledge.After investigating learning barriers and teaching barriers,this paper proposes strategies for teaching acid and alkali salt using macro-micro bonding based on the essence of acid and alkali salt knowledge.This paper first adopts the literature researching method to define the concepts of macro and micro,acid and alkali salt,cognizing the current research circumstances domestically and internationally.Questionnaire surveys supplemented with individual case interviews are used to analyze the learning and delivering problems of acid and alkali salt knowledge in middle school chemistry from the perspectives of both teachers and students.The typical teaching case is came up and analyzed with the incorporation of detailed teaching strategy on separate sections.In addition,by comparing experimental class and control class on the aspects of acid and alkali concepts,double replacement reactions,exploring alkali spoilage through experiments,exercises,the method of studying macro acid and alkali salt from the micro perspectives is discussed and explored according to real situation of teaching anddata.Through the research on teaching experiment,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Launching a macro-micro bonding strategy for acid and alkali salt teaching is highly effective,which is a productive method to improve students cognition on knowledge of acid and alkali salt(2)“Macro-micro bonding” is valuable to foster students' chemical talentThrough practical teaching,students can subconsciously analyze problems from macro and micro perspectives,forming a chemical way of thinking that combines macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis,which is conducive to the formation of students' disciplinary concepts and the cultivation of chemistry literacy.(3)There is a positive correlation between the level of comprehension of the knowledge and student learning interest.For students,the more solid their knowledge is,the more interested they are in learning,and the more willing they are to explore challenging topics which formulates a positive feedback.Therefore,in daily teaching,teachers not only need to impart knowledge,but also need to satisfy students' sense of accomplishment in the learning process and offer them positive feedback.
