The new curriculum standards stipulate that teaching should focus on the big concepts of Biology and promote the development of students' key competencies. Therefore, teachers must have a clear view of teaching and implement the requirements in the standard.Practice has proved that concept acquisition and key competencies complement each other.Students have a certain understanding of the world before going through systematic learning. It's just that students' ideas are more fragmented,one-sided,or incomplete, and educators call them misconceptions.Too many misconceptions will affect their judgment of objective things, and the grasp of scientific concepts will help students form a systematic knowledge network and improve their understanding of the world. How to discover students' misconceptions and help students master the scientific conceptions? This is a question that teachers need to think about in concept teaching. This article is based on the previous research on the misconceptions transformation, and incorporates the POE concept conversion strategy to carry out research on the Grade seven volume I of Biology. The first step is to read and organize the literature, and to determine the research ideas based on the research status. The second step is to sort out the theories and methods of conceptual teaching and determine the appropriate teaching strategies. The third step is to separate teachers and students to carry out surveys: through teacher interviews, learn about the status of misconceptions research, concept teaching status and teacher positioning, and according to teacher feedback, sort out the misconception statistics sheet for the seventh grade;compile a questionnaire for student learning and misconceptions test card,Investigate students' biological learning status and misconceptions;Step 4: Perform statistical analysis on the results of the investigation, and analyze the causes of the misconceptions based on the survey and student feedback;Step 5: Design a concept transformation plan: first use POE Strategies carry out an empirical study on the transformation of misconceptions in the section “Flowering and Fruiting”,and analyze the data of the pre-test and post-test results of the control class and the experimental class;then explore the application of the POE strategy in three different lesson types, and select exercises Lesson, review lesson, new lecture three teaching segment, and analyze teaching effects through data; Finally, summarize the principles of concept transformation classroom design;Sixth step, analyze and summarize the effects of POE strategy implementation.Studies have shown that uses the POE strategy to carry out conceptual transformation research is better, which greatly enhances students' learning autonomy, helps students develop concept change habits, and helps them build scientific knowledge networks.
