In the 1980 s,the United States formulated the "2061 Plan",which requires students to study in depth,minimize the memory of isolated facts and concepts,and focus on core concepts.China's new curriculum standards highlight "improving the literacy of biological sciences".The basis of biological science literacy is to grasp scientific concepts.Therefore,it is particularly important to attach importance to the absorption of scientific concepts in biology teaching.However,in the learning process,due to various factors such as life experience,social media,and cognitive level,students are prone to form concepts that are inconsistent with scientific concepts in their minds.concept".The concept of myth has the characteristics of universality,stability,stubbornness,etc.,which often causes certain obstacles for students to learn new concepts.This study finds that by comparing the current status of research on the concept of myth at home and abroad,most of the research is to explore the concept of myth existing after students learn a certain content.In fact,mastering students 'pre-learning myth concepts is also of great value.By effectively exploring students' pre-learning myth concepts,it can be beneficial to the analysis of academic conditions,and focusing on designing teaching can help the formation of scientific concepts.After reviewing a large number of documents,the author found that students have a lot of vague understanding on the topic of "photosynthesis",so this study chose to explore the concept of the myth of "photosynthesis" as the main task of high school students,and analyze the reasons To give corresponding teaching suggestions.The four-segment test questionnaire can effectively distinguish between the concept of true myth and the concept of false myth.It has many advantages that the two-segment questionnaire does not have.Therefore,this study established the four-segment test questionnaire as the exploration tool.During the research,the first half-open questionnaire was used for preliminary exploration,and then the four-segment questionnaire was continuously revised in the first middle school of Wanli District,Nanchang City.The results of the investigation showed that the essence of photosynthesis was decomposition of organic matter or accumulation of organic matter It is doubtful that there is a concept of true myth in the place where photosynthesis occurs,energy conversion,and the meaning of photosynthesis;there isa concept of false myth in the conditions of occurrence of photosynthesis,its relationship with breathing,and so on.Regarding the transformation of the concept of myth,it is recommended to introduce the teaching strategy based on the metamorphic learning model into the transformation of the concept of myth,to provide reference for first-line teachers.
