Study On Dissemination Mechanism Of Socialist Core Values In College In The New Media Era

In the National College of Ideological and political work,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed: "New media and new technology should be used to bring work to life,to promote the integration of the traditional advantages of Ideological and political work and information technology,and to enhance the sense of the times and attraction." As a tool for spreading core socialist values,the new media has an important impact on the formation of College Students’ values,the development of Ideological and moral development,behavior habits.In this paper,the following conclusions and research results are obtained through systematic analysis and investigation.(1)the mechanism and relevant theories of the dissemination of socialist core values in Colleges and universities in the new media era.The dissemination of socialist core values in Colleges and universities is divided into a broad concept and a narrow sense concept.From the narrow concept,the paper discusses the process of using the new media carrier technology by colleges to implement the organized and controllable education of socialist core values for college students.The study of communication mechanism is to deeply analyze the way of composition,the process structure,the internal basis and the propagation rule of each communication element.The internal basis of the communication process is the contradiction and the opposite relationship formed by the various communication elements in the process of communication,and the process and result of the transmission behavior are promoted.(2)the analysis and investigation of the dissemination of socialist core values in Colleges and universities in the new media era.In the new media era,the dissemination of socialist core values in Colleges and universities is facing new opportunities as well as new challenges.The survey shows that colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the dissemination of new media carriers,but some teachers’ communication ability and literacy need to be improved.The integration of new media technology into core values education is not enough.It is urgent for colleges and universities to optimize the structure and process of transmission according to the characteristics of new media and students.so as to improve the effectiveness of communication.(3)suggestions on the optimization of the dissemination mechanism of socialist core values in Colleges and universities in the new media era.According to the current situation of the dissemination mechanism socialist core values in Colleges and universities,Colleges and universities can improve and optimize the communication mechanism strategically and emphatically step by step according to the preparatory stage,operation stage and feedback regulation stage in the spreading process of socialist core values.In the preparatory stage,universities should enhance the communication ability of management departments and teachers,develop new media carriers and software,and optimize the communication system.At the stage of operation,colleges and universities can make use of new media to build modern classroom communication main positions,actively carry out the design and dissemination of the "third classroom",and pay attention to the overall coordination of the various parts of the communication process.In the stage of feedback control,colleges and universities can establish scientific information feedback system and communication control system.In a word,the research on the communication mechanism of the socialist core values in the new media era is to study the static structure and dynamic process of the socialist core values in the process of communication in the University under the environment of the new media,and to dig into its internal contradictions and operational basis,in order to grasp the law of the dissemination of socialist core values in colleges and universities in the new media era,and to spread socialist core values to college students more effectively.
