Based on the background of frequent public health emergencies, this paper takes the microblog topic "Wuhan Pneumonia of Unknown Causes" as a case study. With the help of UCINET social network analysis software,a 1-model network of directed topics is constructed by taking forwarding, the key mechanism of health information transmission,as the edge.Through social network analysis,To investigate the overall structural characteristics of the topic network and identify the key nodes in the topic network. This paper selects keywords in microblogs by word frequency statistics, and uses text analysis method to determine the topic types of microblogs on nodes. Then,an undirected 2-mode network composed of nodes and topic types is established to try to find out the topic factors that affect users' forwarding behavior from the perspective of content. This paper identifies 15 key nodes within the topic, divides them into 4 node categories, and sorts out 7 types of blog posts. The results showed that the relationship network density of the topic "pneumonia of unknown cause in Wuhan" was low,the degree of discretization among nodes was high, and the two-way interaction was weak, showing the structural characteristics of the coexistence of multiple radial star individual networks.News media in public health communication class node theme coping strategies, emotional expression class theme, resistance to disease early post reflects strong professionalism and weaker humanistic care, organization class node tends to coping strategies and medical subject, and the organization of the node location choice of blog theme have a significant impact;Microblogs with coping strategies and medical topics as the main content obtained higher forwarding behavior, while emotion-expressing topics were difficult to trigger users' forwarding behavior.According to the research, the lack of "middleman" in the network of public health issues is obviously stratified, and the contention among topics leads to the dispersion of cohesion among nodes. At the same time, there is a dilemma of easy access to public health information at shallow level, but difficult dissemination of public health information at deep level.
