In the context of the big data era,data has become the main carrier of information transmission,and data analysis is particularly important,in social production and people's life.In the context of the new curriculum,it is proposed that students need to cultivate the concept of data analysis,and its carrier is mainly the content of statistics and probability,however,in the teaching of mathematics,at the junior high school level,due to the "statistics and probability " However,in the teaching of mathematics,at the junior high school level,teachers do not pay due attention to this content,because the knowledge involved in the area of "statistics and probability" is relatively simple,and is influenced by test-based education.The study was conducted with the hope that it would help teachers pay more attention to this content,gradually improve students' learning,in the area of "statistics and probability",in the end,hoping develops students' concepts of data analysis.In this study,we first collected relevant information,mainly "statistics and probability content in junior high school",and "data analysis concepts",conducted a literature review,collected and organized the requirements of "statistics and probability" in junior high school."In addition to the requirements of the curriculum,the content of the textbook and the related exam questions,after a series of analysis and research,in the finally,we written a test paper,to test the development level of the concept of data analysis of junior high school students,and then conducted a result.The above findings were used to propose teaching strategies to improve the development level of junior high school students' conceptions of data analysis.Through related investigation and analysis,this research has obtained the following relevant conclusions:(1)The development level of junior high school students' data analysis concepts needs to be further improvedThe survey found that junior high school students,lacked awareness of data collection,many of them were inflexible in their methods of organizing data,and inappropriate in their methods of describing and analyzing data,and the understanding of the randomness of things is rather vague.(2)There are no differences between the gender differences of male and female students in the development level of data analysis concepts of junior high school students.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the level of data analysis conceptual development of junior high school students and students' mathematics achievement.Through the above research,the author puts forward four teaching suggestions to help teachers in teaching:(1)Guide students to personally experience the entire activity process of data analysis.(2)Organize students to experience the process of experimentation,and perceive randomness.(3)Pay attention to differentiated teaching.(4)Strengthen the integration of statistics,probability knowledge and other knowledge.
