In order to meet the requirements of social development and personnel training,Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2011 edition) presented as the core of the concept of statistical data analysis, teaching, and data analysis concepts of mathematics teaching in compulsory education as one of the top ten in the core concepts. Data analysis to improve the level of development of the concept of middle school students to help develop the ability to use the data to speak, grasp the general steps for data analysis, get the knowledge and skills to adapt social development and further development, understanding of mathematical ideas randomness, and then can rational and dialectical analysis and solve problems.Paper is mainly to sort out and analysis the existing relevant research and analysis in domestic and international, understand the meaning of the concept of clear data analysis and the specific levels in data analysis of the middle school students.Through classroom observations, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods to understand Middle school students the following problems in the data analysis in the current development of teaching and learning.First, since the examination-oriented education and social pressure, resulting in a recalculation of teachers teaching the concept of data analysis, light experience taught heavy, light exploration, heavy scoring, light capabilities, results-light process.Though students do better in dealing with charts, probability calculation, variance and poor, but there are some difficulties in the application of statistics, probability inferences and judgments, data processing and data analysis, there are some troubles for students to understand the randomness of data, at a low level of understanding.In response to these problems, I propose the following suggestions for teaching concepts and data analysis related to junior secondary level. First, clear the data analysis for the promotion of the development of students has an important role.Second, students master the charts and probability calculation process, variance andpoor handling of such issues as well, but in the application of statistical and probabilistic inferences and judgments, data processing and data analysis difficulties,students’ randomness for data existing problems on understanding at a low level of understanding.In response to these problems, I made the following recommendations for data analysis and ideas about teaching junior high school stage:First, clear the data analysis for the promotion of the development of students has an important role. Second, create a reasonable teaching situation, data analysis to improve student learning initiative. Third, provide practical opportunities for students and personally experience the whole process of data analysis. Fourth, the rational use of information technology for data analysis assisted instruction.
