With the continuous development of modern education,people are more and more eager to know their knowledge mastery in detail.However,the traditional evaluation method of only reporting general scores or ranking can no longer meet people's needs,so cognitive diagnosis emerges at the historic moment.Cognitive diagnosis can reflect students' knowledge mastery through students' answer data,and truly analyze students' cognitive processing from a micro perspective.On the one hand,it can help teachers understand students' knowledge mastery,to teach students according to their aptitude.On the other hand,it can help students to check and make up for their shortages,to achieve personalized learning.On the basis of the characteristics of junior middle school physics curriculum,according to the existing CS-BKT model' shortcoming does not consider forgetting,forgetting parameters are added and the setting of the initial learning parameters of the model is modified,and the CS-BKT-FL model is proposed.Through public data set,CS-BKT-FL model is compared with CS-BKT model,CS-BKT-F model,CS-BKT-L model and BKT model from four indexes of loss rate and accuracy ect.,and the experimental results show that the accuracy of CS-BKT-FL model is better than other models.This study uses the CS-BKT-FL model,based on the "linear motion" content of junior high school physics for practical application.According to the test answer data of students on the day,one week and one month after learning the knowledge,the students' knowledge mastery and changes were obtained.The diagnostic report was made from the perspective of the class and the individual.Finally,the validity of the diagnostic report was proved by interviewing the teachers and senior experts in the class where the experimental subjects were studying.
