The rise of cognitive diagnosis theory in the field of psychology and education measurement makes diagnosis cognitive status of the test possible. Using cognitive diagnosis method to assess study achievement can surpass scores evaluation or ability index, dig deep information, and make specific explanation about subject ability. Previous cognitive diagnosis application research mostly focus on small sizes fields. This paper attempts to go on the application research of cognitive diagnosis technology in large scale examinations. In this paper we take the example of the2010university entrance exam science mathematics test papers to do the diagnosis research of high examinees'ability master mode.This study applying rule space model, analyzing its ability attribute and hierarchy according to science mathematics test papers'characteristics. And put them in the ranks of71different ability master models in accord to examinees'answer reaction in the university entrance examination. Then discusses the master situation of students'group ability and themselves ability according to the classification results. Based on this, go on study a city, a school or a single examinee's diagnostic report. Then compare the differences between specific ability master models and the average master rate of all kinds of abilities in a school, the city and province in which the school locate. And using the feedback information of cognitive diagnosis to provide guidance for teachers and students', teaching practice, remedying teaching and the design of questions and papers. The results show:1. This research use rules space model to diagnose the mastery situation of examinees'mathematics ability, and successfully put96.51%participants into71kinds of typical ability master model.2. The average master rate of participants on the seven mathematics ability from high to low are:operation solving ability, data processing ability, reasoning demonstration ability, innovative consciousness, abstract epitome ability, space imagination ability and application consciousness.3. The participants who select from a city in this research compared with those from the whole province, are better to average in the province in high-end ability master mode;and their master rates on all kinds of abilities are obviously higher than average in the province. The participants who select from a school in this research compared with those from the city where they live, are better to average in the city in high-end ability master mode; Except for space imagination ability, their master rates on all kinds of abilities are obviously higher than average in the city.4. Different participants have different ability structures. Even if this participants have the same scores or appropriate ability level, their internal cognitive characteristics and ability masters are also different. |
