To understand the situation of short distance cycling athlete sports level in Tianjin and improve the foot pedal strength training methods and means,there are specific solutions to problems of every athlete training,and enhance the competitive ability and competitive athletes,arouse the enthusiasm of participation in training and competition,so as to further improve the level of the rationalization and scientific training content and method,realize the scheduled training goals and create excellent performance.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,tracking survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics research methods,such as short distance cycling athlete to six Tianjin as investigation object,and study the athletes at different times and resistance under foot pedal frequency and output power,heart rate,energy consumption and the methods of electrical activity,the change rule between the results of the study are as follows:1?The current situation of Tianjin Men's Short Track Cycling Team is generally in a good situation.Whether it is strength training or technical and tactical training,it can be arranged according to the individual training characteristics of each athlete,which has certain pertinence.The professional coaching team can also ensure the scientific and reasonable training contents.Tianjin team performed well in individual competitions,but it should also pay attention to the team competitions and strive for a breakthrough in this aspect.Meanwhile,it should pay attention to the emotional fluctuations and stability of the athletes in competition,so as to ensure the stable play of the athletes' competitive ability in competition.2?At the same time in the pedal,the pedal frequency and the output power value generally show a trend of first rise and then decline,and can reach the maximum value in 3-5 seconds.With the increase of the resistance mode,the pedal frequency gradually decreases,and the output power also decreases.The maximum output power and pedaling frequency are the maximum when the resistance is 15 N,and the minimum when the resistance is 25 N.Most athletes can get better riding status when they use 20 N resistance for short rides,and they are more conducive to pedaling when they use 25 N resistance for long rides.3?From the perspective of time,the longer the pedal time,the faster the heart rate,and at a certain time the heart rate tends to be stable,at the same time,with the increase of resistance pedal frequency decreases,the heart rate decreases.The maximum heart rate was 164±8.14 Bpm at 15-second pedaling,180.17±3.71 Bpm at 30-second pedaling,and181.83±10.11 Bpm at 1-minute pedaling.4?The energy consumption increases with the increase of the pedal time.At the same time,with the increase of the resistance mode,the pedal frequency decreases and the energy consumption decreases,and the energy consumption is the largest at 15 N resistance,while the energy consumption is small at 25 N resistance.5?With the increase of pedaling time,the activity of muscles increased firstly and then decreased.Among them,the activity of vastus lateralis and vastus medialis was the highest,the activity of erector spinal muscle and gluteus maximus was the lowest,and the activity of other muscles was at the average level,which showed individual differences according to the physical function state and cycling posture of athletes.
