Objective: To collect the discharge characteristics of the main muscles in the forehand batting in different heart rate intervals by using telemetering heart rate technique and surface electromyography technique. Methods: The surface EMG data and heart rate data of 12 male tennis players in Beijing PE University were collected by Polar Team2 telemetry heart rate instrument and Delsys16 guided wireless surface EMG tester. Results :1)There was significant difference between 65%-75% forehand batting success rate(55±7.98%)and 55%-65%(49.17±7.93%),75%-85%(47.50±6.22%)and 85%(44.17±7.21%)in the three heart rate intervals(P<0.05).08±11.3 km/h)and maximum heart rate range 55-65%(105.1)With the increase ± heart rate, the mobilization ratio and contribution rate of biceps, brachialis ± trapezius)were positively correlated with heart rate, and the mobilization ratio and contribution rate of gastrocnemius, rectus abdominis and extraabdominal oblique muscles decreased when the heart rate exceeded 75%.3)the maximum heart rate range of 75%-85%,more than 85% of these two heart rate range gastrocnemius, rectus abdominis, extraabdominal oblique muscle activation time than the maximum heart rate range of65%-75%.Conclusion :1)The quality of forehand stroke is the highest when the maximum heart rate range is 65%-75%,the success rate is the highest and the speed is the fastest.2)Athletes physical decline accompanied by heart rate rise, abdominal muscles first appear fatigue, resulting in power chain damage, resulting in a decline in the quality of forehand batting.
