In all the world sports,football is the most popular and influential group sports.Because of its unique charm different from other sports,it is named the world's first sport,which is deeply pursued by most sports lovers.The Asian Cup is one of many Intercontinental Cup competitions,and it is the highest level national level event in Asia,which can fully represent the true level of a national team.Looking at the Chinese men's football and Japanese men's football,both belong to the Asian players,but they show a very wide gap.Since the Asian Cup in 2004,the Chinese men's football team has gradually taken the downhill route,while the Japanese men's football team has achieved many good results.Stable and excellent results are not accidental.There must be important reasons behind them.No matter what reason,it must be through the Asian Cup The competition will reflect it,so the analysis of technology and tactics will be the main research content of this paper.This study aims to study the offensive and defensive characteristics of Chinese and Japanese men's football teams in the recent five Asian Cup competitions by using literature,video analysis,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,etc.the specific research conclusions are as follows:4.1.1 in terms of offensive technology,the number of passes of Chinese men's football team is not in a few but are all passing invalid,which is not very purposeful and offensive.Especially in the face of high-intensity competition,the number of mistakes will be more obvious,and effective attack organization cannot be established,and creative passing is not available.In the receiving,lack of initiative,observation is not in place.The lack of confidence in using breakthrough technology has not shown diversified breakthrough methods.4.1.2 in terms of offensive tactics,the main gap between Chinese men's football and Japanese men's football lies in the enthusiasm and effectiveness of running position.On the one hand,the Chinese men's football team has less running times,and the position of the other side is not enough to constitute a great threat and can not create effective attacking space actively during the position attack.4.1.3 in terms of shooting,the Chinese men's football team has a relatively single shooting mode,without deception and flexibility in front of the door,which can not create a good shooting opportunity,and the shooting technology needs to be improved.The players' mentality in dealing with the ball before the door is not easy.4.1.4 in terms of defense technology,the Chinese men's football team is not firmly used in the defense technology,and there is a lack of rationality in the use of technology in defense,lack of prejudgment and certain offensive in defense,and in addition,the hardness and strength of the defense process are not enough.4.1.5 in terms of defensive tactics,Chinese men's football team does not pay much attention to the overall defense cooperation ability,and the cooperation ability between the players in the round snatch is weak,the sensitivity to make up for the defensive air is low,and the mutual understanding degree is not high when defending as a whole,which makes the success efficiency of defense not very high.
