| In this paper,the five man attack training is used to improve the group attack coordination of U12 football players in the eight man game.According to the eight man formation of the team and the five man offensive training method,the performance ability of U12 football team in the eight man competition was verified.By using the methods of literature,experiment,video observation and mathematical statistics,taking the U12 age group of Cangzhou green star football club as the experimental object,this paper designs the training method to enhance the team cooperation in attack,and carries out the experimental verification in Cangzhou West Stadium.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the attack training method of five player football,combined with the performance law of eight player football match team,through the analysis of the actual combat needs,the formulation of goals,the design of themes,the classification of methods and other steps,10 kinds of practice themes of five player attack training within the scope of 12-year-old youth training program are selected:1-2-1 attack tactical training;2-2 attack tactical training;2v2 attack;3v3 attack Attack;4v4 attack;1vgk-2v1-3v2-4v3-4v4 continuous attack;match shooting;group attack in2-3-2 formation;group attack in 3-3-1 formation.2.The attack training of five player system has a significant improvement on the cooperation ability of two players.In the competition,the two people’s transposition cooperation mainly displays in the small range of two people’s receiving position and passing decision-making.3.The use of five man offensive training has a significant improvement on the cooperation ability of three players and the offensive quality.Performance in the use of the second gap in the game,the awareness of continuous running and the creation of more passing routes.4.The use of the five man offensive training has a significant improvement on the team’s four man cooperation ability and offensive methods.In the competition,there are more and more purposeful tactics used by the players in the eight man match formation(3-3-1,2-3-2). |
