The Reform And Development Prospect Of The Competition Organization Of The National Paralympic Games From The Perspective Of A Sports Power

The promulgation of the "Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" on August 10,2019 marks that my country's sports will enter a new stage of development.To realize the transformation from a "sports power" to a "sports power",China still needs to deepen the reform of the competition system.This article compares and analyzes the relevant data of the competition organization reform of the previous National Paralympic Games,explores the current situation of the National Paralympic Games competition organization reform in the perspective of sports powers,and takes the National Paralympic Games competition organization reform as the starting point.The National Paralympic Games competition organization Development as a foothold,sort out the problems in the competition organization of the National Paralympic Games,and provide constructive suggestions for the future development of the National Paralympic Games competition organization in combination with the construction of a sports power.This article mainly uses the literature data method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method,and comparative analysis method to study the current situation of the organization reform of the National Paralympic Games,and analyze the competition data of the previous National Paralympic Games.The results are as follows:1.In terms of competition organization structure,there are problems such as single competition organization structure,imperfect competition organization structure,and unclear division of labor between departments.2.In terms of competition reward methods,there are problems such as imperfect reward mechanism,lack of supporting incentive measures,and single reward method.3.In terms of the setting of competition projects,there are problems such as the lack of individual Paralympic events,the small number of mass projects,and the difficulty in popularizing and promoting winter events.4.In terms of the competition system,there are problems such as large changes in the competition system and imperfect competition system.5.In terms of competition organization form,there are problems that the project grouping is not detailed enough and the organization form lacks diversity.6.In terms of competition organization and implementation,there are problems of single fund-raising channels and lack of preliminary publicity.Based on the above results,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.Optimize the competition organization structure and innovate the competition organization system.2.Improve the competition reward mechanism and flexibly adjust the competition reward method.3.Increase the number of mass projects and strengthen the development of winter projects.4.Form a fixed competition system and build a new type of competition mode.5.The project grouping is more detailed and the competition organization form is enriched.6.Broaden funding channels and increase pre-match publicity.
